The Tregarne Woodwelder has been a trusted solution in the woodworking industry for over 30 years. Utilizing advanced radio frequency (R.F.) technology, it delivers fast and consistent glue curing through high-frequency vibration. The system directs 27 MHz R.F. waves from a triode valve generator through a coaxial cable to the ergonomic hand gun. When activated, the radio waves vibrate the water molecules in the glue, generating heat and setting the glue in as little as five seconds. Ideal for furniture joints, frames, and high-volume assembly, it’s simplicity and efficiency combined.

Key Features & Benefits
Fast Curing with Radio Frequency for Increased Productivity
• The R.F. is then modified to 27 megahertz and passed down the coaxial cable to the hand gun
• Activates glue bonds in seconds to reduce clamp times dramatically
• Vibrates water molecules in glue to generate internal heat for instant curing

Ergonomic Hand Gun with Adjustable Power for Precision Control
• Adjustable power lever allows control over output based on material type
• Hand gun includes guard for electrodes to protect user and maintain safety
• Support for hand gun ensures proper rest and handling during use

Reliable Timing & Safety Features for Consistent Results
• Timer for adjustable cure length with "elapsed" buzzer provides accurate timing
• Easily visible power needle helps monitor output for safe operation
• Includes a spare set of electrodes for uninterrupted production
