The following Terms & Conditions for Würth Baer’s Sale of Products (these "Terms & Conditions") apply to all sales of goods or other products (collectively "products"), other than sales of Machinery (which may be found here (https://www.wurthbaermachinery.com ), by Würth Baer Supply Co. (referred to below as "Würth Baer", "we", "us", or "our") unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. By purchasing or attempting to purchase products, buyer (referred to below as "you", "your" or "buyer") of products from us agrees to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If products are purchased using the website, then Website Usage Terms & Conditions referenced above form a part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase by buyer of products from us except as may be set forth in a written agreement signed by us, supersede all prior agreements, proposals, and discussions among the parties with respect to the purchase and sale of such products. Any additional, inconsistent, or different terms or conditions contained in buyer's purchase order or other documents submitted to us by or on behalf of buyer at any time, whether before or after the date hereof, are hereby expressly rejected and shall not be deemed a part of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed accepted by buyer without any such additional, inconsistent, or different terms and conditions, except to the extent expressly accepted by us in writing.
