("Seller"), including, but not limited to, sales by its Machinery Division, including but not limited to, Akins Machinery, Hermance Machine Company, J&G Machinery, to the buyer ("Customer") of machinery, machine components, and replacement parts (each of such products is referred to below individually and collectively as "Machinery").
