Tenoners
Tenoners are specialised woodworking machines used to create accurate tenons and end profiles for strong, repeatable joinery. By controlling the cut, position and shape of each component, they help manufacturers produce parts that fit together cleanly and consistently in furniture, cabinetry, doors, windows and other wood products.
Tenoning equipment can support a range of production needs, from single-end processing and component preparation to double-end machining for higher-throughput work. Depending on the machine configuration, operations may include tenoning, coping, trimming, end shaping and profile matching. This makes tenoners useful for rails, stiles, frames, mouldings and other components that require precise end preparation.
