Infeed roller with helical teeth maintains material feed under load. Sandblasted steel outfeed roller preserves surface finish. Thicknessing capacity up to 230 mm.
• Spindle Moulder Unit: Variable speeds accommodate a wide range of cutting tools. Micrometric spindle hood adjustment allows fine control for precise moulding. Optional tenoning simplified through aluminum carriage and dedicated speed setting. Fence includes micrometric adjustment with dual pressers for stability.
• Saw Unit: Tiltable design paired with anodized aluminum sliding carriage positioned close to the blade. Hand wheel adjustments for lifting and tilting allow quick, repeatable setups. Maximum blade diameter of 315 mm delivers 100 mm cutting height with scoring blade installed.
• Guides & Controls: Anodized-extruded guides with quick-lock support. Integrated planer feed system improves efficiency and reduces operator fatigue.
