Edgebanding Adhesives Cartridge Form gives installers a hot melt adhesive supplied in cartridge form for use in HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebanders, so shops can run edgebanding work with a compatible glue format tailored to those machines. This Jowat Corporation hot melt adhesive is described as unfilled, which supports cleaner running in the glue pot because there are no fillers to build up. The adhesive is formulated specifically for use in Holz-Her edgebanding machines, so the melt behavior and delivery suit that cartridge system during ongoing jobs. Its medium-high viscosity hot melt characteristic means it flows well enough for coverage while still holding a defined glue line on typical edgeband materials. The natural color and excellent color and heat stability in the melt help maintain a consistent appearance throughout production runs where the glue line must stay visually uniform.
This Jowat hot melt adhesive is a medium-high viscosity hot melt, so it is designed to balance flow in the edgebander with a stable glue line during application. In a HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebander, that viscosity helps the adhesive stay where it is applied rather than running off the bond area. The unfilled adhesive benefits also describe cleaner running, which means the glue pot stays clean longer during operation. With less residue in the pot, edgebanders can continue through more panels before maintenance, which keeps workflow efficient on longer runs. The good color and heat stability in the melt further support reliable operation, since the adhesive maintains its melt properties and appearance as it is heated in the pot over time.
This hot melt for HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebanders is specified for primed HPL, solid wood, veneer, PVC and resinated paper edgebands, so it can serve a broad range of edge materials in one adhesive family. For primed HPL, the product notes good adhesion especially to primed HPL, giving laminate edges a strong bond on cabinet or furniture components. On solid wood and veneer edgebands, the medium-high viscosity hot melt supports dependable wetting of the bonding surface, which is important for creating a continuous bond line. PVC and resinated paper edgebands are also listed applications, so shops running these common edge materials can standardize using this cartridge adhesive on multiple lines with the same Holz-Her equipment.
The unfilled adhesive benefits specify cleaner running and a glue pot that stays clean longer, which supports consistent results by reducing contamination and buildup that can affect application weights. High heat resistance and good cold flexibility give the finished bond stability in both warmer and cooler conditions, so panels move from shop to jobsite without the edge bond softening in heat or cracking in cold. The adhesive is also described as having excellent color and heat stability in the melt, which matters on longer runs where the glue remains heated for extended periods, since stable color and melt behavior support a consistent glue line appearance. Good coverage further helps maintain uniform results, because an even adhesive film under the edgeband supports repeatable bonding across multiple parts and batches.
This Jowat Corporation product is a hot melt adhesive in cartridge form, identified as an unfilled edgebanding adhesive for use in HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebanders.
This hot melt adhesive is formulated for use in Holz-Her edgebanding machines, so it is intended for HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebanders in professional shop settings.
The adhesive is suitable for primed HPL, solid wood, veneer, PVC and resinated paper edgebands, so it covers common edge materials used in cabinet and furniture production.
The unfilled adhesive benefits describe cleaner running with a glue pot that stays clean longer, which reduces buildup in the melt area during continued edgebanding work.
This hot melt is described as medium-high viscosity with good coverage, high heat resistance, good cold flexibility and excellent color and heat stability in the melt.
The adhesive provides good adhesion especially to primed HPL, which supports strong bonds on primed high-pressure laminate edgebands in HOLZ-HER cartridge applications.
Edgebanding Adhesives Cartridge Form from Jowat Corporation provides a cartridge hot melt adhesive specifically described for HOLZ-HER cartridge edgebanders, so it fits shops already running those machines. With unfilled cleaner running behavior, good coverage, medium-high viscosity, and high heat resistance with good cold flexibility, it supports steady performance on primed HPL, solid wood, veneer, PVC and resinated paper edgebands. For installers and fabricators needing a natural-color cartridge hot melt with excellent color and heat stability in the melt, this product aligns closely with those requirements for ongoing edgeband production.
