It handles full overlay doors on both face-frame and frameless cabinets, with soft-close built in.
On a CNC-bored door, the machine bores the 35mm cup hole and the dowel holes in a single pass. A dowel-mount hinge presses its pre-attached dowels straight into those holes and locks in place, with no cup screws to drive. That means fewer steps at the hinge press and a more consistent cup position across a run of doors. The 45mm boring pattern registers the hinge reliably, and the straight arm sets a full overlay position: the door covers the cabinet side from edge to edge, with only a slim reveal showing. A base plate mounts to the cabinet side or face-frame stile and the arm clips to it. That plate is sold separately and should be matched to your cabinet construction.
The hinge is steel with a nickel finish. For production shops, finish consistency across a job matters as much as mechanical performance, and the nickel finish coordinates with other nickel hardware on the same cabinet run. The integrated soft-close mechanism is housed inside the hinge body, so there is no add-on damper to source, stock, or install separately. The 11.5mm cup depth seats in standard 16 to 22mm doors.
