• Does not shrink, sink, crack, or fall out
• Can be used inside or outside
• Can be sanded easily to achieve a desired finished look
• Can be drilled, nailed, planed or sawed like ordinary wood NOTE: Can be mixed with both water-based and oil-based stains. Water-based stains will dry harder.
