This slide is rated for drawer box sides up to 5/8 inch thick. Build the box to Hettich's published specification for the Quadro 25 series, including the correct box width, bottom recess, rear notch, and locking-device drilling. An unmodified or wrong-thickness box will not seat correctly on undermount slides.
This SKU is configured for frameless cabinets. Face-frame installations require rear mounting brackets that are specific to the Quadro series — check whether the face-frame version or the matching brackets are available before specifying this runner in face-frame work.
Front locking devices for the Quadro series are sold separately and are specific to the Quadro line — they do not interchange with locking devices from other brands or undermount series. Confirm the correct Quadro locking device for this series before placing your order.
Partial extension leaves a portion of the drawer inside the cabinet at full open — the front and middle of the box are reachable, but the very back stays inside. Full-extension slides bring the entire box out to the cabinet face. For most vanity and storage drawers, partial extension is plenty; choose full extension when complete rear access is essential.
