Where most concealed hinges use cup screws to anchor the hinge body in the door bore, this Sensys mounts on pre-bored dowel holes instead. The hinge body presses its dowels into the door without additional fasteners, making it well suited to production lines and CNC environments where holes are bored in a single setup. The 35mm cup seats in the door, the arm then clips to a Hettich base plate on the cabinet, and the door is hung. That plate is a separate purchase and must be a Hettich cross plate or compatible Sensys plate; plates from other brands will not connect to this hinge.
