The Karran Profile undermount kitchen sink pairs a compact prep bowl with a larger primary bowl in a single 31-1/2 inch stainless steel unit, sized for kitchens where a true 50/50 split would leave one side underused.
A kitchen sink spends most of its time doing two things at once: one side soaks or holds a large stockpot while the other stays available for rinsing vegetables, draining pasta, or running a garbage disposal. An equal split forces the user to fit a large pot into whatever half is free. The 40/60 configuration dedicates the larger right side to primary work and leaves the left for secondary tasks, so neither bowl is a compromise. The smaller bowl is still deep enough to be useful on its own, but it does not eat into the counter space the way a matched pair would.
Both bowls are 18-gauge stainless steel, a solid middle-market thickness that resists the flex and drumming common in thinner-gauge sinks. The Profile series uses a brushed stainless finish that keeps everyday water spots and light scratches from reading as damage. The overall footprint is 31-1/2 inches side to side and 20-1/2 inches front to back, and the undermount installation means the countertop surface runs flush to the bowl rim with no exposed lip to trap debris.

The right bowl is the larger side at 15-1/2 by 18-3/8 inches with a 9-inch interior depth. The left bowl is the smaller side at 12-5/8 by 16-1/4 inches with a 7-1/2-inch depth.
It is designed for undermount installation into hard countertop materials such as quartz, granite, and solid surface. It is not compatible with laminate countertops.
Both bowls have a 3-1/2 inch drain opening, which accepts standard basket strainers.
