Welcome to the Würth Baer Supply Company 2026 Loyalty Program — a unique opportunity for our valued customers to earn rewards on qualifying purchases. This program is designed to reward your ongoing business and commitment with benefits that accumulate as you purchase.

How The Program Works
- Eligibility:
Customers are automatically enrolled into a program tier based on their business relationship with Würth Baer Supply Company. All qualifying* purchases count toward your rewards total. For further details, please refer to the Program Guide available in your account page. - Qualifying Purchases & Reward Tiers:
All eligible purchases made since January 1, 2026, are already automatically included in your rewards total. Your account qualifies for the following reward tiers:
• Tier 1: Earn 5% rewards on qualifying purchases when you reach your first threshold
• Tier 2: Earn 8% rewards on qualifying purchases when you reach your second threshold
• Your specific thresholds are displayed in your personal Loyalty Dashboard in the My Account area. - Reward Accrual:
Every qualifying purchase contributes toward your tier thresholds. Once you reach your Tier 1 threshold, you lock in your 5% reward for those purchases. As you continue to make purchases, you continue to accumulate a higher 5% reward. Once you reach your Tier 2 threshold, your reward percentage increases to 8% on all qualifying purchases from the start of the program with no maximum cap. - Program Duration & Finalization:
The program runs until December 31, 2026. After the program ends, there will be a two-week waiting period to finalize your total earned rewards. This waiting period accounts for any product returns which will be deducted from your total. - Reward Redemption:
After your qualifying purchases reach your tier thresholds, and following the waiting period, the earned rewards will be issued as a credit on your account. This credit can then be applied to future purchases.
How to Check Your Progress
- Login:
Visit wurthbaersupply.com and login to your account. - Access Your Personal Loyalty Dashboard:
Click on the My Account menu, select Loyalty Programs. Your dashboard appears showing your progress which is updated daily.

- Review Your Details:
The dashboard displays:
• Your total qualified purchases
• Your current rewards tier and rate (5% or 8%)
• Your tier thresholds and the remaining amount needed to reach the next tier

- Some Exclusions Apply:
Most purchases qualify, but certain exclusions apply—such as taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and specific brands or categories. Excluded brands or categories include Festool, SawStop, and Colonial Saw/Lamello and any Laminate, Board, or Cabinets product purchases. - Tier-Based Rewards:
Rewards are applied based on your program tier thresholds. You must reach your specific thresholds to qualify for each reward tier. - Program Updates:
Your progress is updated daily so you can always track how close you are to reaching your next reward tier.

- What is the Loyalty Program?
The Würth Baer Supply Company 2026 Loyalty Program rewards your continued business by offering a 5% cash back credit on qualifying purchases once you reach a cumulative total of $5,000 in purchases in the current program year. If your qualified cumulative 2026 purchases total reaches $15,000, you will instead receive 8% cash back credit on all purchases back to the start of the year. - How do I earn rewards?
Every eligible purchase made since January 1, 2026 is automatically added to your total. When your cumulative eligible purchases hit $5,000, you instantly earn a 5% cash back reward — and every qualifying purchase thereafter continues to earn 5% cash back. If your qualified cumulative 2026 purchases total reaches $15,000, you will instead receive 8% cash back credit. - How are rewards calculated?
Rewards are calculated at 5% of your total qualifying purchases, rounded to the nearest cent. For example, reaching the $5,000 threshold instantly secures you a $250 reward, and additional qualifying purchases earn 5% cash back continuously through the end of the current program year. - If your qualified cumulative 2026 purchases total reaches $15,000, you will instead receive 8% cash back credit on all purchases since January 1, 2026 which secures you a $1,200 reward instead. And, then additional purchases earn 8% cash back through the end of the current program year.
- How do track my rewards?
Log into your account, click on My Account, and select Profile Dashboard. Click on Loyalty Programs tab. Your Loyalty Rewards dashboard shows your total qualifying purchases, earned rewards, and a detailed breakdown of transactions. - Do my rewards purchases expire?
No. Your qualifying purchases remain active throughout the program. After the program ends on December 31, 2026, and following a two-week finalization period to account for returns, your final reward will be credited to your account. - Can I use Loyalty program rewards with other discounts or promo codes?
Yes. Loyalty rewards can be combined with eligible discounts or promo codes, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. - What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the corresponding purchase amount is deducted from your rewards total. Your Loyalty Program dashboard will update to reflect these changes. - How do I check my rewards progress?
Simply log into your website account and navigate to the Loyalty Programs section under My Account. Your dashboard will display your total qualifying purchases and the rewards you’ve earned. - What are "qualifying purchases" in the Loyalty program?
Most purchases qualify, but certain exclusions apply—such as taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, and specific brands or categories. Excluded brands or categories include Festool, SawStop, and Colonial Saw/Lamello and any Laminate, Board, or Cabinets product purchases. - Can I transfer my rewards or purchases to another account?
No. Rewards and purchase history are non-transferable and apply only to the account under which they were earned. - Do backorders or pre-orders count toward my total?
Yes. Backorders and pre-orders are counted once the order is processed and shipped. - Do offline purchases count toward my rewards total?
Yes. You earn rewards on all purchases made online, through our sales team, or via customer service. - What do I get through participation in the Loyalty Program?
