Schaub Atherton pull knurled footplates gives you a decorative cabinet handle from Schaub and Company that is designed for projects where the pull itself is part of the finished look. The handle sits on knurled footplates, so the base has a defined visual detail that sets off each mounting point on the door or drawer face. The polished nickel finish provides a bright metal surface, which fits projects calling for a reflective decorative hardware style. As a Schaub and Company product in the handles and pulls class, it fits jobs where consistent design language across multiple openings matters. The decorative hardware and moldings category placement means it works where the pull contributes to the overall trim package on cabinetry.
The 4 inch center-to-center measurement on this Schaub Atherton pull defines the spacing for the two mounting points, so drilling layouts can be built around a known distance. Because the pull uses a #8-32 thread or screw size, the hole preparation can follow that fastener standard for consistent installation across all fronts. The knurled footplates sit at each mounting point, so the contact area between the pull and the cabinet surface is visually framed. As a result, rows of doors or banked drawers can share a repeatable hardware layout that maintains the same spacing and visual base detail at every opening.
This Atherton pull with knurled footplates fits into decorative hardware and moldings projects where handles and pulls are a visible design element on cabinets. The 4 inch center-to-center size works in layouts that call for a medium-width pull spread across common residential or commercial cabinet fronts. Because the product is part of the Schaub handles and pulls class, it can be used in jobs where other Schaub and Company pieces appear on surrounding doors or panels, keeping a consistent manufacturer source. The polished nickel finish allows the pull to tie into other polished nickel decorative elements in the same room or build, creating a unified metal tone across hardware and trim.
The defined 4 inch center-to-center dimension lets installers repeat the same drilling pattern throughout a run of cabinets, which keeps handle placement consistent from one opening to the next. The #8-32 thread or screw size uses a widely recognized hardware specification, so installers can plan fastening based on a standard size for cabinet doors and drawers. The knurled footplates at each end of the pull give a distinct boundary around the mounting area, which helps each handle read as a finished unit against the face material. With the manufacturer part number 576-PN clearly tied to this polished nickel Atherton pull, ordering the same item again for later phases or added cabinetry supports continuity in both layout and appearance.
