Minuteman Glue System, Manual, 5 Gallon, D20 with Standard Pistol

• Minuteman Glue Systems are designed to work with any standard PVA glue, and the stainless-steel tank is built to withstand the wear and tear of active use in a high production shop.
• Comes ready to use right out of the box. Just add any water based PVA wood glue to the internal reservoir, pressurize the system with air, and you’re ready to apply.
• A single charge of the system keeps the glue fresh for up to 3 months
• The system comes complete with the standard glue pistol and pointed nozzle, as well as a flushing connector for cleaning out the nozzle after each use.
• Minuteman offers a complete line of specialty glue applicators for your specific glue needs, and if we don’t have a stock nozzle for your application, custom nozzles are available as well
• The Minuteman uses water soluble (cleans up with water), single component (pre-mixed) glue. Usable viscosities range from slightly thicker than water to a jelly-like substance. Glue must be thin enough to settle to the bottom of the tank on its own. Generally, a CPS rating of 3,000 or more is recommended.
• The D20 is the largest tank in the Minuteman Glue System line, holding up to 5 gallons of glue
• Ideal for high production facilities, the D20 allows shops to precisely control the amount of glue used for their glue-ups, creating consistent results efficiently and minimizing waste
• The D20 can distribute glue for up to 3 dedicated lines per tank
