This is the right-hand cabinet member for the Blum TANDEMBOX drawer system, sized at 450mm (18 inch) nominal length with integrated BLUMOTION soft-close. It is the runner that mounts to the cabinet wall and receives the drawer member — one half of a working TANDEMBOX pair.
In a TANDEMBOX installation, two cabinet profiles — one left, one right — mount to the cabinet sides on the 32mm grid. The drawer members clip onto those cabinet profiles and carry the box. This right-hand profile installs first on the right wall, then the drawer member clicks into it during box loading. Full-extension travel means the loaded drawer clears the cabinet face entirely, so the full interior is accessible without reaching around a partially extended box. The integrated BLUMOTION damper handles the closing motion automatically — no separate soft-close unit to purchase or adjust.
The profile body is steel, finished with zinc plating for corrosion resistance in humid cabinet environments like kitchens and bathrooms. The BLUMOTION mechanism is factory-integrated into this cabinet profile, not a clip-on add-on, so the damping geometry stays in alignment over the life of the installation. This is a single right-hand cabinet profile — one of four pieces in a complete TANDEMBOX drawer opening. You also need the matching left-hand cabinet profile, plus a left and right drawer member. Locking devices and front fixings are separate and must be specified for the TANDEMBOX system.
