DSI exterior door handle 750mm long uses 304 stainless steel, providing a strong pull that suits demanding door applications where corrosion resistance matters over time. The satin stainless steel finish gives a clean look and helps reduce visible fingerprints on frequently used doors. The handle belongs to the DSI 2000 Series, so it follows a consistent design and sizing approach within that family for projects that repeat the same style across multiple openings. The 17-3/4 inch, or 450 mm, center-to-center dimension sets the post spacing, which supports predictable layout and drilling when planning new installs. Exterior mounting allows the pull to sit proudly on the door surface, which simplifies aligning the handle visually with other hardware on the face of the door. The Sugatsune America brand connection ties this pull into a recognized decorative hardware and moldings line used in many woodworking projects.
This DSI 2000 Series handle is specified as an exterior mount door pull, so it is designed to sit on the outside surface of the door rather than recessed. The 17-3/4 inch (450 mm) center-to-center post spacing informs where holes are positioned through the door, which helps align the handle straight in relation to door edges and other hardware. Posts for exterior handles are threaded to accept screws, so the connection relies on screw engagement into those threads for holding power. Posts for interior handles have set screws for DSI mounting kits, which ties the interior pull side to the mounting kit for a coordinated through-door installation. This defined mounting relationship supports stable attachment and a clean appearance on both sides of the door when the system is used as intended.
The DSI 2000 Series door pull works as a handle solution within the Decorative Hardware & Moldings and Handles and Pulls category, so it is suited to doors in woodworking and related projects. The satin stainless steel finish supports doors that also use stainless hinges or latches, helping the hardware set read as one coordinated assembly. Because the material is 304 stainless steel, the pull is suited to both interior and exterior type uses described for the series, which covers doors that may experience humidity, cleaning, or outdoor exposure. The 750 mm long handle span offers a substantial vertical presence on the door, which fits larger doors where a small pull would look undersized. The 17-3/4 inch (450 mm) center-to-center dimension also means the pull works on doors with enough face area to accept that post spacing without crowding other hardware.
The posts for exterior handles are threaded to accept screws, so once the door is drilled to match the 17-3/4 inch (450 mm) spacing, screws engage those threads to draw the pull tight against the surface. That threaded engagement helps maintain a solid feel when users pull the door repeatedly. On the interior side, posts for interior handles have set screws for DSI mounting kits, allowing the interior handle to clamp to the mounting kit for a coordinated through-door assembly. Using DSI mounting kits with the DSI 2000 Series provides a defined interface between handle posts and the door structure, which helps installers repeat the same method from door to door. Because the handle sits as an exterior mount pull rather than flush, alignment is primarily about straight, parallel placement to the door edges, which is guided by the fixed center-to-center post measurement.
This DSI 2000 Series pull has a 17-3/4 inch, or 450 mm, center-to-center dimension, which sets the spacing between posts and guides drilling locations on the door.
The handle is described as 750 mm long, giving a tall gripping area that suits full-height or larger doors needing an extended pull section.
The DSI-2000-30-45E pull uses 304 stainless steel, which provides corrosion resistance and suits interior or exterior environments routinely cleaned or exposed to moisture.
Posts for exterior handles are threaded to accept screws, so the attachment relies on screws engaging those threads to secure the pull to the door surface.
Posts for interior handles have set screws for DSI mounting kits, so the interior side attaches through the mounting kit for a coordinated installation.
The DSI 2000 Series handle has a satin stainless steel finish, which pairs with other satin stainless hardware and helps soften reflections on the door surface.
The DSI exterior door handle 750mm long combines 304 stainless steel construction with a satin stainless steel finish, giving a pull that suits interior or exterior type doors in woodworking projects. The 17-3/4 inch (450 mm) center-to-center spacing and exterior mount design provide clear reference points for boring and alignment. Threaded exterior posts and interior posts with set screws for DSI mounting kits define how this handle integrates into a door assembly. For projects calling for a stainless DSI 2000 Series pull with these dimensions and mounting details, this Sugatsune America model DSI-2000-30-45E is a precise option to specify and use.
