Transitional large bar bracket corbel gives you a substantial decorative support element for bar and counter projects that call for a clean, transitional look. This alder corbel from the Pro Value Series is made of unfinished wood, so it can be finished on site to coordinate with existing cabinetry or trim. The 12-3/4 inch length, 69/16 inch width, and 4-3/4 inch depth provide a generous profile that suits larger bar faces and wider overhang designs. As part of the Decorative Hardware & Moldings corbels class, it works as a visible support and visual anchor under bar tops or shelves in the same design run. The alder species gives you a workable hardwood for shaping and finishing, helping maintain a consistent appearance across custom woodworking jobs.
The 12-3/4 inch length on this Pro Value Series corbel sets the overall vertical footprint, which helps installers plan spacing and alignment along a bar run. With a 69/16 inch width, the corbel covers more face area, which fits well with wider cabinet stiles or applied panels. The 4-3/4 inch depth defines how far the corbel projects from the mounting surface, which matters when lining it up under bar top edges or stepped molding builds. Being made of unfinished alder wood, it can be prefinished before mounting or finished after installation, depending on the finishing sequence of the bar or cabinet project.
This transitional large bar bracket corbel is part of the Decorative Hardware & Moldings corbels category, so it fits jobs where the corbel is both structural-looking and decorative. The 12-3/4 inch x 69/16 inch x 4-3/4 inch size suits bar faces, island seating overhangs, and similar applications that benefit from a larger support profile. Because it is made of unfinished wood in alder, it ties in well with custom bars or built-ins that already use alder doors, frames, or trim. The unfinished surface also helps when multiple corbels must read as one continuous design element along a bar run, since they can all receive the same stain or paint schedule. With its transitional style identity, the corbel works across projects that blend traditional moldings with simpler, cleaner cabinet lines.
The defined 12-3/4 inch length, 69/16 inch width, and 4-3/4 inch depth give installers predictable dimensions to lay out along a bar or cabinet, which helps reduce layout changes later in the build. Knowing the corbel is an unfinished alder piece from the Pro Value Series lets shops sequence sanding and finishing with other alder components, keeping finishing steps consistent across doors, face frames, and moldings. The unfinished wood construction also allows field adjustment of edges or minor shaping, so the corbel can align cleanly with existing decorative hardware and moldings without returning parts to the shop. Working within the Decorative Hardware & Moldings corbels class helps designers coordinate this part with other moldings and trim, keeping the overall bar or cabinet elevation visually coherent from end to end.
The corbel measures 12-3/4 inches long, 69/16 inches wide, and 4-3/4 inches deep, which helps with planning bar face spacing, projection under the top, and alignment with surrounding cabinetry.
