John Boos butcher block tops are constructed of high quality Northern Hard Maple hardwood, kiln dried for low moisture content and electrostatically glued with moisture resistant urea resin adhesive.
Tops have been finished with mineral oil to seal the wood fibers and to bring out the warm rich colors of the grain
