This 22 inch LEGRABOX K height complete drawer system pairs a clean Silk White Matte finish with a 170 lb weight capacity and integrated BLUMOTION soft-close, making it a strong fit for painted and white-palette cabinetry where both appearance and performance matter.
The K height profile at 128.5mm makes this system the right choice when the drawer needs to hold tall or bulky contents — think pots and pans drawers, deep pantry pull-outs, or blanket and linen drawers in bedroom or closet cabinetry. The 22 inch nominal length suits standard base and tall cabinet depths. At 170 lb capacity, the system handles heavily loaded drawers without deflection, so it fits equally well in a production kitchen build or a residential renovation where the drawer will see daily heavy use. The Silk White Matte finish is particularly practical in white-dominant kitchen and bath projects: the interior of the drawer box reads as part of the design rather than a utilitarian contrast.
The steel side profiles are double-walled — the inner and outer faces are both finished surfaces, hiding fasteners and presenting a clean wall from every angle inside the cabinet. Silk White Matte is a consistent matte white applied across the LEGRABOX program, so it matches LEGRABOX fronts, back panels, and cover caps in the same color family without visible tone shifts. The BLUMOTION damper is integrated into the runner rather than clipped on, which means the closing behavior stays consistent over the life of the drawer and does not depend on an accessory that can be dislodged during cleaning or loading.
Cabinet shops running white-finish kitchen programs reach for this system when they need a drawer that holds up under a full load and disappears into the design. Designers specifying handle-less or minimalist kitchens appreciate the Silk White Matte interior as a neutral that works behind painted MDF fronts in almost any white tone. Contractors replacing older drawer boxes in renovated kitchens choose the LEGRABOX platform for its straightforward front-fixing adjustment, which simplifies leveling gaps after install. The 170 lb rating also makes this a reliable pick for accessible design projects where drawers are expected to carry significant weight and be pulled fully open regularly.
A complete LEGRABOX system includes the steel side profiles, integrated runners with BLUMOTION, and the hardware to build a working drawer. You supply the front, the drawer bottom, and the back panel cut to the system's dimensions. Front fixing brackets and back panels are sold separately in the LEGRABOX program if not included in a specific kit; confirm what is bundled with this SKU before ordering.
The 170 lb capacity is the system rating per drawer — it reflects the complete runner pair, not a single member. This is the heavy-duty LEGRABOX rating, higher than the standard LEGRABOX series.
Silk White Matte is consistent across the LEGRABOX color program, so it matches other LEGRABOX components in the same finish. Painted wood or MDF fronts vary by paint batch and sheen; the interior will read as white and matte, which blends well in most white-palette kitchens, but an exact paint match is not guaranteed without a physical sample comparison.
Yes. AMBIA-LINE is Blum's interior organization line designed for LEGRABOX drawers, available in Orion Gray Matte and stainless steel finishes. Note that AMBIA-LINE components are not available in Silk White, so the organizer finish will differ from the drawer interior — confirm the combination suits your design intent before ordering.
LEGRABOX runners are designed for frameless (32mm grid) cabinet construction. Face-frame installations require the appropriate rear mounting brackets for the LEGRABOX system, sold separately. Using the wrong bracket or skipping it in a face-frame install will prevent the drawer from seating correctly.
When the project calls for a white interior that can carry serious weight and close without noise, the 22 inch LEGRABOX K height system in Silk White Matte delivers all three without compromise.
