This Century Components Signature Series set delivers two D-shape lazy susan trays in birch and maple, sized for a 32-inch corner cabinet and supplied prefinished so they are ready to install.
These trays are sold as the shelf components only, which makes them the right choice when a corner cabinet already has a working pivot or spindle system and the trays themselves need to be replaced, upgraded, or matched to a new interior. The D-shape profile hugs the door opening on the flat side, so the cabinet door can close cleanly while the trays still reach close to the front of the cabinet. Both trays sit at cabinet floor level on the existing hardware; there is no door attachment, so the trays rotate independently of the door.
The trays are built from birch and maple, two close-grained hardwoods that hold a finish well and resist the surface wear of daily kitchen use. The prefinished surface arrives ready for the cabinet without any shop prep. The 2-inch tray height keeps a low profile that maximizes the number of items that can stack on each level. At 32 inches in diameter, this is the larger end of the standard corner cabinet range, so the usable surface area on each tray is substantial.
Cabinet builders and installers finishing out a corner base cabinet with a full-depth 32-inch opening will find these trays a direct fit for the Signature Series hardware. Homeowners replacing worn or damaged trays in an existing corner cabinet can use them the same way, provided the spindle and bearing assembly are already in place. Designers specifying a full wood interior for a high-end build may prefer these over a wire or polymer tray for the warmer material and coordinated appearance. Because these are tray-only, the spindle, bearing, and any mounting hardware are not included and should be ordered separately if they are not already part of the cabinet.
No. These are the shelf trays only. A spindle, bearing assembly, and any mounting hardware are not included and need to be in place before installation.
No. These trays are designed for a non-door-mount configuration and rotate independently of the door.
The surface has been finished at the factory, so the trays can go straight into the cabinet without additional staining or sealing.
Two trays are included.
Specify this set when the spindle hardware is already accounted for and the goal is a prefinished birch and maple tray pair that fills a full-depth corner base cabinet.
