PVC white twill edgebanding defines this product as a PVC edge banding in a white twill color that finishes exposed panel edges on casework, shelving, or furniture components. The .018 inch thickness gives a low-profile edge that matches typical laminated or coated panels without adding bulk, so edges sit flush and clean after trimming. The 15/16 inch width covers standard 3/4 inch sheet stock with extra margin, giving room for precise trimming without risking reveal of the substrate. The 600 FT length supplies continuous material for longer runs or multiple jobs, cutting down changeovers during production. As edge banding, it caps raw edges to protect the core from everyday contact. The white twill description identifies the visual tone, helping coordinate edges with panels that call for a white twill look in the finished installation.
The .018 inch thick PVC construction sets the profile for trimming and scraping during installation, giving installers a predictable edge that cleans up quickly once bonded. The 15/16 inch width is sized to span typical 3/4 inch substrates with manageable overhang, supporting both automatic and manual trimming setups where consistent coverage is important. The 600 FT length supports extended installation runs from a single coil, so shops can process multiple cabinet boxes, shelves, or panels in sequence. As edge banding, the product is applied along panel perimeters, creating a defined edge line that visually ties into the panel surface and protects exposed core material in everyday use.
This Rehau, Inc. PVC edge banding is identified as edgebanding for panel work, so it serves in closing raw edges on case goods, shelving, and related components wherever a white twill edge is specified. The white twill description signals a light-toned visual character, allowing designers and builders to align edges with panel selections that share this look across a room or installation. With its 15/16 inch width, the banding aligns well with projects based on 3/4 inch sheet goods, giving enough coverage to handle slightly variable panel thickness while still trimming back to a neat line. The 600 FT length supports jobs where repeated runs of similar parts are processed, such as cabinet interiors or closet components that all call for a consistent white twill edge treatment.
The .018 inch thickness defines how the edgebanding behaves during trimming, so fabricators can plan scraper or router setups around a slim PVC edge that blends closely to the panel surface. This helps achieve repeatable results across multiple parts once tooling is dialed in. The 15/16 inch width offers a controlled amount of overhang beyond 3/4 inch cores, which helps maintain a margin for alignment while avoiding excessive waste during flush trimming operations. The 600 FT roll length supports batching work, letting shops stage longer runs without frequent roll changes, which can support consistent machine conditions from the first part to the last in a sequence. The manufacturer part number 716041-595 uniquely identifies this exact combination of color, thickness, width, and length, helping purchasing and production keep the correct edgebanding aligned to drawings and cut lists.
This product is PVC edge banding, so it provides a plastic-based edge treatment suitable for panel applications that call for a PVC finish along exposed edges.
The .018 inch thickness creates a slim edge profile that trims and scrapes quickly, helping installers blend the band to the panel surface with minimal material removal.
The 15/16 inch width gives overhang beyond a 3/4 inch core, providing room for alignment and flush trimming without leaving the substrate exposed at the finished edge.
The white twill description identifies a white twill appearance, supporting projects where edges must coordinate visually with panels or interiors specified in a similar white twill tone.
The 600 FT length supports long production runs or multiple smaller jobs from one roll, reducing changeovers and helping maintain consistent processing conditions across batches.
Part number 716041-595 identifies this specific Rehau PVC white twill edgebanding configuration, helping purchasing and shop staff align reorders to the same size and color.
This Rehau, Inc. PVC white twill edgebanding in .018 inch thickness and 15/16 inch width x 600 FT is configured for panel edge finishing where a white twill look is specified. The defined dimensions and color description support consistent, repeatable edge results on projects built around 3/4 inch sheet goods. For cabinet, shelving, or furniture components that call for a coordinated white twill edge, this roll provides a single reference point in purchasing and production through its 716041-595 identification.
