The Futura 7555 series is built for drawer sides from 12mm to 16mm (approximately 1/2 to 5/8 inch). If your boxes run 19mm (3/4 inch) sides, the 7955 series is the correct model — the two versions are not interchangeable.
Yes. Undermount slides require a drawer box built to the maker's specification — the correct nominal length, the Futura box-width formula, the appropriate bottom recess, and the rear notch and clip-drilling the locking devices need. A standard off-the-shelf box that has not been built to spec will not seat correctly on this runner.
Futura front locking clips are series-specific accessories. Confirm whether clips are included with this SKU or sold separately before placing an order — and note that Futura clips do not interchange with other brands' locking devices.
This version is for frameless cabinets. A face-frame install requires the face-frame configuration of the Futura line, which includes the rear mounting hardware the frame offset demands. Installing a frameless model in a face-frame cabinet without that hardware leaves the rear of the slide unsupported.
