Fulterer FR775AECD 28" Soft-Close Bottom Mount/Top Mount Full Extension 165 lb Pantry Drawer Slide, White, 4227

High-Capacity Soft-Close Pantry Pull-Out Slides Built for Full Shelving Loads

The Fulterer FR 775A ECD is a 28 inch full-extension pantry pull-out slide rated 165 lb per pair, with integrated soft-close and a steel white powder-coated finish designed for pantry cabinets that carry real weight. It mounts at both the top and bottom of the pull-out frame, giving the loaded shelf system the vertical stability that single-point mounting cannot match.

Key Features

• 165 lb weight capacity per pair — handles fully stocked pantry shelving without reservation.
• Full extension — brings the entire pull-out frame to the cabinet face so every shelf is reachable.
• Integrated soft-close — a damper slows the loaded pull-out to a quiet, controlled close on every cycle.
• Dual-point mounting — bottom and top mount positions distribute the frame load and keep tall pull-outs tracking straight.
• Ball-bearing carriage — steel ball bearings carry heavy loads smoothly through the full travel range.
• White powder-coated steel — a durable baked finish that blends with white and light-colored cabinet interiors.

Where This Slide Fits the Job

Pantry pull-outs demand more from a slide than a standard drawer does. The load shifts as items are added and removed, the frame is taller and more prone to racking, and the contents are heavier on average than a kitchen drawer. At 165 lb per pair with full extension, this slide is sized for base pantry cabinets and tall pantry towers where a mid-range undermount or side-mount slide would be undersized. The dual mounting positions — top and bottom — are the detail that separates a pantry-specific slide from a repurposed drawer slide: securing the frame at both ends holds it plumb under load and prevents the front-end lean that undermines lighter single-mount designs. Shops building out pantry columns, designers specifying tall roll-out shelf systems, and contractors fitting kitchen renovation pantry units will find the 28 inch length suited to standard 30 inch and 33 inch depth pantry cabinets.

Construction and Finish

Steel members run on a ball-bearing carriage engineered for repeated heavy cycles. The white powder-coat finish is baked on for durability, making it resistant to the minor scuffs and humidity that come with a busy kitchen pantry. The finish is decorative as well as protective: in a white or light laminate pantry interior, the slides recede rather than stand out. The FR 775A ECD series is Fulterer's dedicated pantry slide line, so the geometry, travel, and mounting pattern are built around pull-out shelf frames rather than adapted from a general-purpose slide body.

Who Should Specify This Slide

Cabinet shops producing pantry pull-outs in volume will appreciate a slide that arrives ready to mount without sourcing separate soft-close dampers or add-on top rails. Designers specifying high-end pantry interiors get a 165 lb rated, damped slide that matches white melamine interiors without visible hardware conflicts. Contractors and homeowners replacing worn pantry slides or upgrading a builder-grade pantry to soft-close get a drop-in-ready slide at a capacity that leaves margin for a full load of canned goods, oils, and small appliances. This is an indoor application, suited to the controlled environment of a kitchen or utility pantry.

A Pantry Pull-Out That Keeps Up With the Load

When the pantry needs to carry more than a standard drawer slide was designed for, a purpose-built, 165 lb rated, full-extension soft-close slide gives the pull-out the capacity and the controlled close the job actually calls for.
