With 50 quarts per bin, each container handles serious daily volume, which makes this unit well suited to a busy kitchen rather than a secondary prep area. Full-extension slides bring both bins completely out so the back bin is as easy to reach as the front one, eliminating the sideways reach that narrower or shorter-travel units require.
The carriage is finished in black, and the bins are black, so the entire assembly reads as one unit rather than a mix of colors. The soft-close slide mechanism takes over in the last inches of travel and eases the carriage closed, keeping the load under control even when the bins are heavy.
