Berenson Lips edge pull describes a pull from the Lips Series that gives cabinets a defined gripping point across the door or drawer front, so doors open with a direct, solid hand hold instead of relying on edges that can wear during regular use. The 8-13/16 inch length sets a consistent feel along wider fronts, so the user can grab the pull comfortably anywhere along the bar on typical cabinet widths. A 224 mm center to center dimension establishes the drilling layout, so holes can be laid out and repeated accurately across multiple doors or drawers in a run. The black finish visually defines the hardware against many cabinet finishes, so installers and users can quickly see alignment and handle location during layout and daily operation. As part of the Berenson Lips Series and Decorative Hardware & Moldings, Handles and Pulls category, this pull fits projects that call for coordinated hardware from a single design family.
The 224 mm center to center dimension on the Berenson Lips edge pull defines the exact spacing between mounting points, so drilling jigs and templates can be set once and used repeatedly across a bank of doors or drawers. Because that center to center matches the stated 8-13/16 inch size reference, installers can translate project drawings that use either metric or inch-based callouts into the same mounting pattern on site. As part of the Handles and Pulls product class, this pull is intended for typical cabinet door and drawer fronts, so its hole spacing suits common cabinet face sizes found in woodworking and casework projects. Using the manufacturer part number 1314-1055-C as the reference keeps ordering and layout notes tied to a single, specific drilling pattern.
The Berenson Lips Series 8-13/16 inch (224 mm) center to center black pull is positioned for cabinet and casework applications where a continuous gripping edge is desired along the front. Its classification under Decorative Hardware & Moldings, in the Handles and Pulls product class, places it among pulls selected for visible cabinet faces in kitchens, baths, break rooms, or shop-built storage. The 8-13/16 inch size suits wider drawers or doors where a shorter pull would concentrate handling wear into a smaller area, so the load from opening and closing spreads across more fastener points. The black finish supports designs that call for a visible contrast between hardware and door or drawer fronts, which helps users locate pulls quickly on busy walls of cabinetry.
The 224 mm center to center drilling dimension on this 1314-1055-C pull standardizes the boring pattern, so shops can build or program jigs around a fixed metric spacing and repeat that layout with minimal variation across multiple projects. Because the overall length is stated as 8-13/16 inch in the product name, layout notes can refer to either imperial or metric without losing alignment to the same physical hardware, reducing confusion between drafting and installation teams. The clear identification as a Lips Series pull from Berenson Corporation lets designers call out this exact style on drawings, so field installers can match the specified look and drilling pattern by referencing the manufacturer part number. Being part of Wurth Baer Supply's decorative cabinet hardware offering places this pull within a professional distribution channel focused on woodworking, which aligns the product with cabinetmaking workflows and shop ordering processes.
