This Sugatsune SNB Series pull is an L-profile edge pull for cabinet doors and drawer fronts where a standard bar pull would overscale the front or conflict with an adjacent surface.
A 1-13/16 inch center-to-center pull serves a specific job: fronts that are too narrow for a 3 inch bar pull but still need a comfortable grip. Upper cabinet doors on a 9-inch or 12-inch base, appliance garage doors, and slender drawer fronts on furniture-style islands all reach this situation. The 46 mm hole pattern also suits replacement projects where the existing drilling is set close together and a wider pull would leave the old holes exposed at both ends. Because the mounting centers are already compact, the 2-3/4 inch overall length covers the hardware cleanly without pushing into adjacent hardware or hinge hardware on a narrow stile.
The Material Type attribute on this pull confirms solid brass construction, which is uncommon in a segment where zinc is the dominant substrate. Brass carries more weight in the hand than zinc, and the surface takes a finer brushed texture, which is exactly what the Satin Brass finish delivers: a warm gold tone with a low sheen that does not pick up glare under cabinet lighting. The brushed surface also softens the L-profile's geometry, so the pull reads as a refined detail against a painted or wood-veneer front rather than as a hard industrial edge.
This pull is a natural fit for designers and cabinet shops specifying hardware on narrow-stile frameless cabinets, inset door programs, or furniture pieces where the hardware envelope is tight. The L-profile sits at the edge plane rather than projecting forward from the center of the front, which keeps it out of the swing path on doors that open into a confined space. It is equally at home on a high-end residential kitchen running a warm-metal hardware theme and on a commercial millwork project where the hardware spec calls for a solid-brass piece. The SNB Series offers companion pulls in other center-to-center spacings, so a single hardware language can run across a mix of front widths in the same installation.
Either. The two-hole mounting pattern works on both frameless and face-frame door and drawer fronts; the determining factor is whether the 1-13/16 inch center-to-center spacing matches your drilling or your door's stile width.
A bar pull mounts flush against the face of the front and projects straight out. An L-profile pull presents one leg along the face and the grip portion at an angle, which positions the hand differently and keeps the overall hardware profile tighter on a narrow front.
No. Satin Brass has a brushed, low-sheen surface rather than a high-gloss polish. The gold tone is the same family, but the texture is softer and less reflective.
Yes. The SNB Series is a family of pulls in the same profile and finish, so different center-to-center spacings from the same series coordinate visually across a mixed installation.
When the front is narrow and the hardware needs to fit without competing with adjacent elements, the 46 mm center-to-center spacing and L-profile of this Satin Brass pull deliver a precise, refined solution.
