Emtek glass shower door pull is a back to back appliance pull designed specifically for glass shower doors, giving installers a coordinated way to add a solid gripping point on both sides of the panel. The pull is 18 inch Center to Center, so it spans a generous area on the glass and provides a comfortable, full-hand grip for everyday door operation. The construction is built around a grip with #10-32 threads in the stem on one side and a mating grip with a 3/8 inch diameter hole in the stem on the other side, which creates a through-glass clamping assembly for stable mounting. The finish is Polished Brass, so the pull visually matches bathroom projects that call for warm metallic tones and decorative hardware. The part is identified as Emtek model GBTB86344US3, helping match it to other project documentation and hardware schedules.
The Emtek SpindleAppliance Pull for glass shower doors is designed as a back to back unit, meaning one grip mounts from each side of the glass and they connect through the panel using threaded stems and matching internal holes. The grip with #10-32 threads in the stem receives threaded fasteners, while the mating grip with a 3/8 inch diameter hole in the stem provides the passage that locks the two sides together on the door. The appliance pull fits glass door thickness between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch only, so it is sized for typical residential and light commercial shower glass, allowing the clamping hardware to seat properly on the panel.
The Emtek appliance pull is crafted for glass shower doors, so it is intended for wet-area entries where a back to back handle is preferred over a single knob. The 18 inch Center to Center measurement means the pull is long enough to act like an appliance-style bar, which is useful on larger shower doors where users benefit from gripping at different heights. With a grip on each face of the glass, the back to back configuration suits swinging shower doors that need a secure hold from both the bathroom side and the shower side. The polished brass finish allows installers and designers to place this pull in bathroom layouts that already feature brass tones, tying the glass door handle into the overall decorative hardware and moldings palette.
The Emtek glass shower door pull uses a stem with #10-32 threads on one grip and a 3/8 inch diameter hole on the mating grip, so the pull is engineered around a matched fastener interface that clamps through the glass for a solid connection. This through-glass approach helps keep the two grips aligned with each other, which matters on an 18 inch Center to Center bar because users expect both sides to feel rigid when pulling. The specified fit for glass door thickness between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch means the hardware stack is dimensioned for those panel sizes, giving the installer defined thickness limits when selecting shower glass. Identifying the pull as Emtek model GBTB86344US3 also helps trades track the exact configuration, so repeated installations can mirror the same finish, length, and glass-fit characteristics across multiple doors.
