Emtek Art Deco Appliance Pull 18" (457 mm) Center to Center, Polished Nickel, GBTB87006US14

Emtek Art Deco Tribeca Appliance Pull For Glass

Emtek Art Deco Tribeca appliance pull is crafted specifically for glass shower doors, so installers get a pull purpose-built for that application rather than adapting cabinet hardware. The pull is designed as a back to back appliance pull, which creates a solid gripping point on both sides of the glass for smoother operation of the shower door. Its 18 inch Center to Center dimension provides a long, comfortable gripping area that suits larger glass panels and helps distribute hand force over more surface. The pull is finished in Polished Nickel, giving a refined, reflective surface that coordinates with a wide range of bathroom fittings while keeping a consistent visual line across the door. This combination of glass door focus, back to back construction, and defined size simplifies product selection when a project calls for a matched, architectural style pull.

Key Pull Details That Support Shower Work

• The pull is described as an appliance pull for glass shower doors, which means it is intended to handle frequent daily operation on that substrate and gives installers a defined use case when specifying hardware for wet-area openings.
• The design as a back to back appliance pull means there is a grip on both sides of the glass, creating a stable feel for users and helping keep pulling forces centered on the door leaf rather than at a single surface point.
• The 18 inch Center to Center dimension sets the mounting spread, so layout on the glass can be planned precisely and aligns the grips at a length suitable for tall shower doors where users expect a continuous handhold.
• The Polished Nickel finish ties this pull into trim and plumbing fixtures with similar finishes, supporting visually coordinated bathroom layouts and letting hardware follow the overall design intent without guesswork.
• The construction is described as combining durable build with a refined look, so the pull is positioned to handle regular shower door use while still presenting the detailed Art Deco Tribeca styling characteristic of this Emtek line.

Glass Door Fit And Center To Center Layout

The Emtek Art Deco Tribeca appliance pull fits glass door thickness between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch only, giving a defined range when selecting glass for the opening so the stems and grips work as intended. That thickness window helps align drilling and mounting choices for common shower glass sizes used in residential and light commercial projects. The 18 inch Center to Center measurement fixes the hole spacing on the glass, which lets layout be completed before tempering and helps keep the pull straight and square when installed. Together, the defined thickness compatibility and fixed center spacing allow the pull to integrate cleanly with standard shower door fabrication workflows.

Using This Emtek Pull On Glass Shower Doors

Where This Back To Back Pull Is Applied

The Emtek Art Deco Tribeca appliance pull is specified for glass shower doors, so its role is to act as the primary gripping hardware on both sides of a glass panel. Being a back to back appliance pull, it places a grip on each face of the glass, creating a balanced point of control when users slide or swing the door. The 18 inch Center to Center dimension means the grips span a sizable vertical section of the panel, allowing users of different heights to find a comfortable hand position without searching for a small knob. This layout also works well on taller shower enclosures, where a longer pull visually matches the scale of the glass and keeps the hardware proportionate to the opening.

Details That Support Repeatable Glass Installations

The pull fits glass door thickness between 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch only, which focuses its use on common shower glass sizes and gives fabricators a specific range to work within when ordering and drilling panels. Because the pull uses an 18 inch Center to Center measurement, shop drawings can call out exact hole locations, reducing layout variation from job to job and helping doors line up with adjacent tile or enclosure framing. The back to back design keeps forces clamped through the glass rather than relying on a single face connection, which supports consistent operation as users push or pull from either side. With a Polished Nickel finish, the hardware visually ties into other bright bathroom components, so repeated installations across multiple baths in a project can share the same finish and style language.
