This VMI T-shaped range hood liner bridges the decorative wood hood and the Air-Pro ventilator, providing the structural housing the ventilator seats into. The 30-inch liner ships in a Stainless Steel finish and is designed specifically for Air-Pro 011, 01A, 021, 02A, and 04 ventilators.
A wood range hood system is built in layers: the decorative wood shell on the outside, the liner fitted within, and the ventilator mounted into the liner to move air. This T-shaped liner is the middle piece. Without it, the Air-Pro ventilator has no housing to seat into inside the wood shell. Because the liner carries both the ventilator load and the visual finish of the hood interior, the fit and finish both matter at this stage of the build.
