Berenson Seize Pull 6-5/16" (160 mm) Center to Center, Brushed Nickel, 9281-1BPN-C

Berenson Seize Series Brushed Nickel Pull Use

Berenson Seize Series brushed nickel pull is a zinc die cast handle designed for projects that follow the Seize collection styling. The Seize collection reference keeps appearance consistent across doors and drawers, which matters when matching new work to existing hardware. The brushed nickel finish provides a muted metal look that suits many cabinet finishes, helping installers satisfy a range of design briefs with one pull style. A center to center dimension of 6-5/16 inches, or 160 mm, defines the hole spacing, so it fits layouts drilled for that specific spread. Overall length of 7-1/16 inches gives finger room across the pull, which helps on wider fronts or heavier doors. A projection of 7/8 inch sets how far the pull stands off the surface, giving enough clearance for a comfortable grip while keeping the profile close to the face. A width of 2 inches creates a broad recess pull footprint on the panel surface.

Key Seize Recess Pull Details On The Job

• The zinc die cast material creates a solid pull body, which gives a firm feel in hand during repeated cabinet use and supports consistent performance in everyday environments.
• The brushed nickel finish provides a subdued metallic appearance, which helps the pull blend with common brushed nickel hinges and other visible hardware in the same space.
• The 6-5/16 inch, or 160 mm, center to center dimension sets the mounting hole spacing, which simplifies layout on new fronts and matches doors already bored for this spread.
• The 7-1/16 inch overall length establishes the pull coverage on the face, which helps position the pull proportionally on medium to large cabinet doors and drawers.
• The 7/8 inch projection determines stand-off from the surface, which provides finger clearance for a secure grip while limiting how far the pull extends into walk paths.
• The 2 inch width defines the recess pull footprint, which creates a substantial visual band on the surface and helps distribute handling contact over a wider area.

Installation Dimensions For Accurate Seize Pull Fit

The 6-5/16 inch center to center dimension on this Berenson Seize recess pull sets the exact distance between mounting points, so drilling or existing holes must follow that spacing for proper alignment. A total length of 7-1/16 inches means the pull slightly overhangs the hole centers at both ends, which helps visually center the hardware on most fronts. With a projection of 7/8 inch, the handle stands off enough to grip without crowding adjacent doors in typical cabinet layouts. The 2 inch width defines the visible band of the recess pull, guiding placement in relation to door stile widths or drawer rails when balancing appearance with hand access.

Using The Seize Collection Pull In Cabinet Work

Where The Seize Recess Pull Fits Best

This Seize collection pull from Berenson Corporation suits cabinet and furniture fronts that specify a 6-5/16 inch, or 160 mm, center to center hole pattern, because its mounting geometry matches that drilling. The zinc die cast construction supports use on frequently operated doors and drawers in residential or light commercial settings where decorative hardware is specified. The brushed nickel finish coordinates with other brushed nickel decorative hardware and moldings, so it works when a project calls for a consistent metal tone across handles and pulls. With an overall length of 7-1/16 inches and a width of 2 inches, the pull fits especially well on medium and larger faces where that footprint looks proportionate to the panel size. A 7/8 inch projection supports installation on fronts that benefit from low-profile hardware while still leaving enough clearance for fingers to engage the pull comfortably.

Details That Support Repeatable Seize Pull Results

The defined 160 mm center to center measurement allows repeatable drilling jigs or CNC programs, which helps installers maintain consistent alignment across a run of doors and drawers. Because the same 6-5/16 inch spacing is also expressed in inches, field layout can use either metric or imperial tapes without conversion errors. The 7-1/16 inch overall length provides a predictable edge distance from the mounting holes to the pull ends, which helps set uniform reveals relative to door edges. A 2 inch wide recess band creates a clear visual target, making it easier to keep the pull square to stiles or rails during fastening. The 7/8 inch projection keeps hand contact in front of the cabinet face, which helps avoid knuckles brushing the door surface every time the pull is used. Zinc die cast material gives the pull a consistent shape from piece to piece, supporting even sightlines when many pulls are installed on aligned fronts.
