This is the right-hand flanged front locking device for Grass Maxcess and Elite Plus undermount drawer slides, color-coded green for quick identification at the bench or in a parts bin. It locks the drawer box to the slide at the front and provides 1D height adjustment so the drawer front can be trued vertically after installation.
The flanged front locking device is the part that connects the drawer box to the undermount slide at the front of the cabinet. On Grass Maxcess and Elite Plus installations, the locking device is required to complete each drawer — without it, the drawer box cannot seat on the slides or be removed for service. The flanged version is the standard choice when the drawer front or box face needs a positive register point at the front edge. Install one right-hand unit and one left-hand unit per drawer; ordering two of this SKU alone will not make a working pair.
The green color is a functional identifier, not a decorative finish. In shops running multiple Grass slide series — or pulling from a shared parts inventory — the green body makes it straightforward to separate Maxcess and Elite Plus locking devices from other series at a glance. The plastic body keeps the device lightweight and immune to the moisture that affects metal clips over time in sink-base and bathroom installations.
Cabinet shops building production runs on Grass Maxcess or Elite Plus slides reach for this locking device when stocking replacement parts or completing drawers that ship without pre-installed clips. Service technicians use it when a damaged or missing locking device needs to be swapped in the field. The 1D height adjustment is a practical feature for anyone fine-tuning drawer fronts after the cabinet is installed, particularly on inset or tight-tolerance overlay work where vertical alignment matters.
No. Locking devices are series-specific within the Grass system. This device fits Maxcess and Elite Plus undermount slides. Dynapro installations require Dynapro-specific locking devices; the two are not interchangeable.
The 1D designation means the locking device adjusts the drawer in one direction — height. It provides up to +2.5 mm of upward correction after the drawer is hung, which is enough to split a gap evenly or bring a slightly low drawer front into alignment.
Yes. One right-hand and one left-hand locking device are required to complete a single drawer installation. This listing covers the right-hand unit only; order the matching left-hand flanged locking device separately.
Green identifies this device as the flanged variant within the Grass Maxcess and Elite Plus locking device range. The color lets installers and parts staff distinguish it quickly from non-flanged versions or devices for other series without reading fine print.
A missing or wrong locking device stops an undermount drawer installation in its tracks. This right-hand flanged unit covers the Grass Maxcess and Elite Plus side of that equation — color-coded so it is easy to find, and built to the series specification so it seats and adjusts the way the slide was designed to work.
