Grass Vionaro Drawer Side Profile for White Cabinet Interiors

The Vionaro H121 drawer side profile in White is a steel drawer system component from Grass America, designed to build sleek, handle-ready drawer boxes in cabinetry where a bright, clean interior finish is the standard. At 18 inches in nominal length and 121mm (4-3/4 inch) in side height, this profile suits kitchen, bath, and storage drawers where the interior wall is part of the finished look.

Key Features

• 121mm (4-3/4 inch) side height — a mid-profile height suited to general kitchen, bath, and bedroom drawers.
• 18 inch nominal length — sized for shallow-to-mid-depth cabinet runs, from base cabinet pullouts to nightstand drawers.
• White finish — a bright, painted surface that reads clean against white box interiors and painted cabinet cases.
• Steel construction — a rigid side wall that carries load without flex across the drawer opening.
• 1/2 inch profile thickness — a slim side wall that preserves interior box width without eating into usable drawer space.
• Vionaro system compatibility — engineered to pair with Grass Vionaro runners, front fixings, and accessories from the same platform.

Where This Profile Fits

The H121 height is the middle tier in the Vionaro height range, sitting between lower cutlery-drawer profiles and the taller profiles used for pots, pantry, or file drawers. At 18 inches, the nominal length suits cabinetry with 18-inch-deep cabinet boxes — common in base cabinets with a shallow run, upper-cabinet drawers, and bedroom or bathroom vanity builds where the drawer depth is constrained by the box. This profile works equally well in production kitchen work, where a consistent white interior is specified across all drawer heights, and in custom millwork where the builder is matching a painted case.

Finish and Construction

The White finish on this Vionaro profile is a factory-applied painted steel surface. It coordinates with white-painted cabinet interiors and keeps the drawer wall from reading as a dark stripe when the drawer is open. Steel construction gives the side profile the rigidity to span 18 inches without deflection under load. At 1/2 inch thick, the side wall stays slim enough that drawer box interior width is not significantly reduced relative to the cabinet opening. The double-walled construction standard to the Vionaro system presents a finished face on both the inner and outer surfaces, so the drawer interior looks intentional rather than industrial.

Who Specifies This Profile

Cabinet shops building white-on-white kitchens or baths will find this profile the direct path to a consistent interior finish without a separate painting step on wood sides. Designers specifying handle-less or minimal-hardware fronts on painted cases often call out Vionaro for its clean profile line — the White finish here matches the brief. Contractors sourcing components to complete a Grass Vionaro drawer build on a painted project should confirm the full system: runners, front fixings, backs, and accessories are all Vionaro-specific and are not interchangeable with other drawer system brands or series.

The Right Component for a White Vionaro Build

When the spec calls for a bright, painted drawer interior at an 18-inch depth and 121mm side height, this profile delivers the finish and the structural backbone in one Grass-engineered component — no field painting, no mismatched surfaces.
