Most cabinet hinges top out at 110 degrees, which is fine for an open run of base cabinets. Push that door into a corner, an island end panel, or a tall pantry beside a wall, and 110 degrees stops the door short of clearing its own width. At 155 degrees, this hinge swings the door far enough back that the interior is fully reachable without the door itself getting in the way. The zero-protrusion arm reinforces this: when the door is swung wide, the hinge arm sits flush rather than projecting into the opening, so there is nothing to bump against or snag when you are reaching into the cabinet. The 35mm cup bores into the back of the door, and the arm connects to a base plate mounted on the cabinet, sold separately.
