Stone-Finish Drawer Members Built for Frameless Kitchen and Bath Casework

This Nova Pro Scala H63 drawer member set from Grass America brings a warm Stone finish to a fully engineered 16 inch (400mm) drawer system — delivering full-extension travel and integrated soft-close in a profile sized for top and inner drawers in kitchen, bath, and office casework.

Key Features

• Stone color/finish presents a warm, muted tone that coordinates with gray, greige, and natural-wood interior palettes.
• Full-extension travel brings the entire drawer out to the cabinet face for complete access to the drawer's contents.
• Integrated soft-close settles the drawer to a quiet, controlled stop on every close — no add-on damper required.
• 2-1/2 inch (H63) side height suits cutlery, utensil, and shallow storage drawers while keeping the profile slim above the drawer bottom.
• 88 lb weight capacity handles loaded kitchen drawers without flex or sag.
• 16 inch (400mm) nominal length fits standard base and upper cabinet depths in frameless construction.

Where This Drawer Member Set Fits the Job

The Nova Pro Scala system targets frameless (32mm) cabinet construction, and the 16 inch nominal length lands squarely in the range for shallow base cabinets, upper-cabinet pull-outs, and bath vanity drawers. Full extension means that when the drawer opens, the box clears the face frame completely — nothing is left in the shadow of the cabinet opening. For a shop producing runs of kitchen or bath cases where every drawer needs to open cleanly and close quietly, this set removes the need to spec a separate soft-close mechanism: the damping is built into the runner. The Stone finish is a particularly strong match for cases finished in light concrete, warm taupe laminates, or natural oak — palettes where Champagne reads too warm and Silver reads too cool.

Construction, Finish, and Motion

Nova Pro Scala uses a double-walled steel side profile — the inner and outer walls are formed as one unit, hiding fasteners and giving the interior a clean, consistent face. The H63 height code designates the 2-1/2 inch profile, a standard choice for top-tier cutlery drawers and inner drawers in a stacked configuration. Stone is a matte, mid-tone gray finish applied to the outer wall; it coordinates with Grass's coordinated Tavinea Optima interior divider system, which is also available in Stone for a finished, factory-matched interior. The integrated soft-close operates through a damper built into the runner — not a clip-on unit — so it stays calibrated to the drawer's load over the life of the installation.

Who Orders This Set and Why

Cabinet shops specifying European frameless kitchens and baths reach for Nova Pro Scala when the project calls for a visible interior that holds up to daily scrutiny — Stone finish reads cleanly against painted interiors and holds its tone under LED strip lighting inside the cabinet. Designers specifying handle-less fronts appreciate that the system supports Grass's Tipmatic push-to-open as a separate add-on for drawers where hardware-free operation is required. Homeowners building out a renovation with a custom cabinet shop will find this set in the finished cabinet wherever the integrator has chosen a coordinated Stone interior. The 88 lb capacity covers the heaviest kitchen drawer loads at this nominal length.

A Drawer System That Works As Hard As the Kitchen It Goes In

The Nova Pro Scala H63 drawer member set in Stone gives frameless installations a quiet, full-access drawer with a finish tone that holds its own in any modern or transitional kitchen — order the matching cabinet members and front fixings from the same system to complete the drawer.
