This is the right-hand front locking device for Hettich's Quadro 4D V6 undermount drawer slide system, finished in gray plastic to blend with light-colored drawer interiors. It clips onto the right side of the drawer box front, locks the drawer onto the Quadro V6 slides, and provides two-axis fine adjustment so the front sits true after installation.
Front locking devices in an undermount system carry two jobs at once: they anchor the drawer box to the slide, and they give you the adjustment range to true up the front without pulling the drawer out. This right-hand clip is the piece that matters when a drawer front runs slightly high or sits a fraction off-center against its neighbor. The +2 mm height and +/- 1.5 mm side adjustment handle the small corrections that come up during install or after a season of use — the kind that would otherwise mean shimming the slide or resetting the drawer box entirely.
Gray works particularly well in face-frame and frameless cabinets with white or light-gray melamine interiors, where an anthracite or black clip would show through a gap in the front. It is a small detail, but visible hardware in the wrong color draws attention in finished work.
The clip is molded in gray plastic sized and toleranced to the Quadro V6 slide geometry. Plastic construction is standard across front locking devices in this category — the part carries alignment and retention loads, not the drawer's full weight, which rides on the slide runners. The gray color is consistent throughout the part, not a coating over a different base, so the appearance does not change if the clip is nicked during installation.
Cabinet shops running Hettich Quadro V6 undermount slides will keep a supply of these on hand for production work and punch-list corrections. One right-hand clip per drawer is the standard requirement; pair it with the matching left-hand Quadro 4D V6 locking device to complete the front fixing on each drawer. Replacement orders are common when a clip is damaged during drawer removal or when a shop is transitioning a run of cabinets to the Quadro V6 platform and needs to stock both hands separately.
This clip is Quadro V6-specific. It does not fit earlier Quadro versions or other Hettich undermount families, and it is not compatible with Blum, Grass, Salice, or any other brand's undermount system.
One right-hand clip per drawer. You also need one left-hand Quadro 4D V6 locking device for the same drawer — the two are sold separately and are not interchangeable.
This clip is engineered for the Quadro V6 family. If your slides are a different Quadro version, confirm compatibility with Hettich before ordering — locking devices are version-specific and earlier Quadro clips are not the same part.
No. Front locking devices are brand- and series-specific. This clip fits Hettich Quadro V6 only.
Gray disappears against light-colored drawer interiors — white or light-gray melamine in particular — where a darker clip might be visible through a front gap. If your interiors are dark, the anthracite or black versions are available.
A correct, in-system locking device means the drawer seats on the first try and the front adjusts without a callback — exactly the kind of detail that keeps a cabinet run on schedule.
