T-MOULDING, WHITE from Patwin Plastics is a polyethylene Flexene tee molding designed to protect and finish edges while following curved layouts. The non-toxic polyethylene construction forms the base material, so the molding handles woodworking shop environments without reactive surface issues. The tee profile is manufactured to be consistently precise in dimensions, which supports repeatable groove sizing and dependable fit from run to run. The 11/16 inch width sets the visible coverage across the edge face, helping match typical panel thicknesses in cabinet and fixture work. A 3/32 inch kerf requirement defines the groove size, so cutting setups can be standardized across multiple panels. The Flexene design fits any contour, whether outside or inside curves and radii, which lets installers carry one profile through straight sections and bends. This molding is described as hugging edges permanently, supporting long-term edge protection on frequently handled surfaces.
This Patwin Plastics tee molding is engineered for a 3/32 inch kerf, so groove cutting tools can be set specifically to that dimension for consistent fit. The precise dimensional control of the molding means the barbed tee section engages the groove uniformly along the run, supporting steady insertion and retention. With an 11/16 inch width, the molding spans the edge face in a predictable way, which helps align cuts and corners visually on cabinetry or surfacing projects. The Flexene material allows the tee to follow outside or inside curves without fighting the substrate, reducing stress at tight radii. Because the design is intended to hug edges permanently, it supports long-term installations where movement or loosening would be a concern.
This Patwin Plastics, Inc. product sits in the Tee Moldings class within edgebanding and surfacing, positioning it for edge treatment on panels, fixtures, and similar components. The 11/16 inch width targets applications where that face dimension covers the exposed edge fully, helping create a clean transition between surfaces. Because the Flexene molding fits any contour, it is suited to projects that mix straight segments with outside curves and inside radii on the same panel. The non-toxic polyethylene construction supports installations in interior woodworking environments where material characteristics matter around users. In shop workflows, the 3/32 inch kerf requirement lets teams standardize a single groove setup across panels intended for this specific molding.
The consistently precise dimensions of this P500-11/16-601 tee molding allow installers to base groove sizing and edge layout on known measurements, which helps reduce rework across multiple identical panels. The 3/32 inch kerf detail defines the cut width, so saws or router bits can be chosen and maintained around that value for steady engagement of the tee. The Flexene ability to follow outside and inside curves means the molding stays in contact with the substrate along the full radius, supporting a uniform visual line instead of segmented edges. Because the design is intended to fit firmly and hug edges permanently, it aids in maintaining alignment over time as panels are used, opened, or handled. Working with non-toxic polyethylene also contributes to predictable behavior during trimming and finishing operations around the molding.
This Patwin Plastics tee molding is manufactured from non-toxic polyethylene, which provides a stable, contact-safe edge surface suited to woodworking and interior use.
This Flexene tee molding is designed for a 3/32 inch kerf, so groove cuts following that size support consistent engagement and edge-hugging performance.
The tee molding has an 11/16 inch width, setting the visible coverage across the edge face to match common panel thicknesses and provide a clean finished look.
This Flexene molding is described as fitting any contour, including outside curves and inside radii, so it follows curved panel edges smoothly.
The P500-11/16-601 manufacturer part number identifies this specific Patwin Plastics 11/16 inch white tee molding for selection and reordering.
The design is stated to fit firmly and hug edges permanently, which helps maintain a tight, protective edge on panels that see repeated handling.
The Patwin Plastics 601 white tee molding with P500-11/16-601 part number pairs an 11/16 inch width with a 3/32 inch kerf requirement, giving installers defined dimensions for groove cutting and edge coverage. Its Flexene construction fits any contour, so a single molding handles straight runs, outside curves, and inside radii while maintaining contact with the substrate. Non-toxic polyethylene supports interior woodworking environments where material characteristics matter. The consistently precise dimensions and firm, edge-hugging design contribute to stable, long-term edge protection on cabinets, fixtures, and other surfaced panels. For projects needing white tee molding that tracks curves while holding tight to the edge, this profile offers a clearly specified option.
