Air-Pro (Formerly Fujioh) 02A High Performance Ventilator Power Pack 390 CFM Blower, Halogen Light and Dishwasher-Safe Filter, White - AIR-PRO 02A WH

A White Powder-Coat Ventilator Power Pack Built for Wood Hood Installs

This Air-Pro 02A is the mechanical ventilation unit inside a wood range hood, delivering 390 CFM of airflow through a white powder-coat finish that recedes against white cabinetry and hood interiors. It houses the blower, halogen light, and dishwasher-safe filter in one self-contained unit that drops into a compatible wood hood shell.

Key Features

• 390 CFM high-speed blower clears smoke, steam, and cooking odors from the cooktop.
• Rated for cooktops up to 40,000 BTU, covering most residential ranges and dual-fuel units.
• White powder-coat finish integrates cleanly with white hood interiors and surrounding cabinetry.
• Dishwasher-safe filter simplifies routine maintenance without hand-scrubbing.
• Integrated halogen light puts task lighting directly over the cooking surface.
• Noise rating of 7 sones at high speed, with lower speeds available for quieter operation during lighter cooking tasks.

The Air-Moving Unit the Hood Shell Needs

A decorative wood hood shell provides the look over the cooktop, but it does not move air on its own. This power pack is the component that does the ventilation work. It installs into a compatible hood shell and liner, pulling cooking byproducts up and out through a ducted path. The 390 CFM output at high speed suits a kitchen where real cooking happens: searing, high-heat stir-frying, or extended stovetop sessions that generate significant smoke and steam. For lighter tasks, dialing to a lower speed reduces noise and power draw without losing airflow control. The unit is sized for a 28-7/16-inch-wide installation opening of 17-1/2 by 11-13/16 inches, so confirming these dimensions against the chosen shell and liner before ordering is the key fit step.

Finish and Filter Practicality

The white powder-coat finish on this unit is a deliberate match consideration, not just an aesthetic choice. In a kitchen with white or off-white cabinetry, a white-finished ventilator interior and liner area keeps the color story consistent when the hood is open or when the insert is visible from below. The dishwasher-safe filter makes ongoing upkeep straightforward: pull it out, run it through a normal dishwasher cycle, and reinstall. The halogen light integrated into the unit adds usable illumination over the cooking surface without requiring a separate lighting fixture in the hood.

Where This Unit Fits Best

This power pack suits a kitchen where the hood shell is already selected and the cooktop output runs up to 40,000 BTU. It is a strong match for custom and semi-custom kitchens built around white cabinetry, where keeping the ventilator finish consistent with the surrounding millwork is part of the design plan. Cabinet shops and installers fitting wood hood shells with a compatible liner will find the 390 CFM output appropriate for standard residential cooking loads. For cooktops rated above 40,000 BTU, a higher-capacity unit should be specified instead.

Ventilation Matched to the Design

Choose this white power pack when the ventilator finish needs to align with the hood interior and surrounding cabinetry, and when the cooktop demands reliable 390 CFM performance for everyday residential cooking.
