Berenson Edge Pull 6-5/16" (160 mm) Center to Center, Dull Chrome, 9271-10DC-C

Berenson Edge Series 160mm Pull For Cabinets

Berenson Edge Series 160mm pull is a zinc die cast cabinet handle in a dull chrome finish, so it delivers a modern, low-gloss look while using a stable base metal. The 6-5/16 inch center to center measurement provides a consistent drilling pattern for doors and drawers, which supports straightforward layout across a run of cabinets. Overall length of 7-3/8 inch gives this pull enough span for wider drawer fronts, helping hands find a solid grip on heavier fronts. A projection of 1-3/8 inch holds the pull far enough off the face for comfortable fingers, which helps reduce knuckle rub against the cabinet surface. Width of 5/16 inch keeps the profile slim, allowing a clean visual line across contemporary installations. Brand identification as Berenson Corporation ties this pull into the Edge Series collection for coordinated hardware selection.

Key Edge Series Pull Details For Projects

• The zinc die cast material forms a dense, molded body that supports everyday cabinet use, giving installers a predictable feel when tightening to the face of doors or drawers.
• The dull chrome finish creates a muted metallic appearance that softens reflections, which works well where a brushed-style look is preferred without high shine.
• The 6-5/16 inch center to center drilling spreads mounting points across the front, helping distribute pull force over a larger area on wide drawers.
• The 7-3/8 inch overall length leaves some extension beyond the mounting points, which frames the pull visually and can help align multiple handles along tall cabinet banks.
• The 1-3/8 inch projection stands the pull off the cabinet face, providing usable clearance behind the handle so fingers can wrap the bar without contact on painted or stained surfaces.
• The 5/16 inch width creates a narrow front edge, which supports a sleek, linear appearance on modern cabinet designs while still giving a defined pulling surface.

Mounting And Size Details For Berenson Pull

This Berenson Edge Series zinc die cast pull uses a 6-5/16 inch center to center layout, so hole spacing is fixed between the two mounting points for repeatable drilling. The 45mm screw size specification describes the screw length suited to this pull, which aligns with typical cabinet door and drawer front thicknesses when mounting through the face. Overall length of 7-3/8 inch and projection of 1-3/8 inch define how far the handle reaches across and away from the surface, guiding placement relative to door edges and adjacent hardware. A width of 5/16 inch and base dimensions of 13/16 inch indicate the footprint at each end, which helps with deciding edge clearances and visual balance on narrow stiles or rails.

Using This Dull Chrome Pull In Cabinet Work

Where The Edge Series 160mm Pull Fits Best

This Edge Series pull from Berenson Corporation belongs to the Handles and Pulls category, so it is designed for cabinet doors and drawers in decorative hardware applications. The 6-5/16 inch center to center spacing suits medium to large fronts, where a longer pull looks proportional on wide drawers and taller doors. With its 7-3/8 inch length, this pull spans more of the panel width, which can visually tie together banked drawers in kitchens or built-ins. The dull chrome finish coordinates with other low-sheen chrome hardware, allowing a consistent look across hinges, knobs, and pulls in the same color family. Zinc die cast construction supports use in interior woodworking environments, aligning with typical cabinet shop materials and finishes. Placement using the 13/16 inch base dimensions at each end simplifies aligning edges along rails or stiles during layout. The Edge Series collection reference connects this model to matching styles, helpful when carrying one design throughout a multi-room project.

Why These Dimensions Help Consistent Results

The 160mm, or 6-5/16 inch, center to center measurement gives installers a specific drilling distance, which supports jig-based setups and reduces layout time on repetitive cabinet runs. The 45mm screw size pairs with the pull body depth, helping threads fully engage the zinc die cast material while spanning common door and drawer thicknesses. A 1-3/8 inch projection gives consistent finger clearance across the job, which reduces variation in feel when multiple pulls are used side by side. The 5/16 inch width means the front edge is narrow, so alignment against pencil lines is easier during installation. Base dimensions of 13/16 inch define the contact area at each mounting point, which helps with setting minimum distances from panel edges and neighboring hardware to keep a balanced appearance. The 7-3/8 inch overall length offers a fixed reference when centering the pull on fronts, supporting symmetrical layouts on both framed and frameless cabinet styles.
