This 14 inch LEGRABOX drawer system in Orion Gray Matte brings Blum's double-walled steel platform to cabinetry where a cohesive, tonal interior matters. M height (90.5mm / 3-9/16 inch) sides pair with BLUMOTION soft-close and full-extension runners to deliver a drawer that opens fully, closes silently, and presents a uniform gray interior from front to back. Rated at 125 lb per pair and sold as a complete system, it suits cabinet shops and designers specifying a consistent finish language across a full kitchen or bath installation.
The M height profile is the workhorse of the LEGRABOX line. At 90.5mm it handles most standard kitchen drawer applications: flatware drawers, utensil drawers, spice pull-outs, and general-purpose storage. It does not have the height for tall pot drawers (those call for a taller height code), but it covers the majority of horizontal storage needs in a kitchen or bath layout. The 14 inch (350mm) nominal length suits cabinets with a standard 14 inch drawer depth — confirm your cabinet's interior depth against the system's published box dimension before cutting parts. Full extension means every inch of the drawer interior is reachable, which matters in upper-cabinet pull-outs and blind-corner applications where reaching past the face would otherwise cost access to the rear.
LEGRABOX sides are double-walled steel, which hides every fastener behind a smooth inner and outer face. The double-wall construction also gives the profile the rigidity to carry the 125 lb rated load across the full drawer width without flex. Orion Gray Matte is Blum's signature interior color for the LEGRABOX platform — a warm gray that reads as intentional rather than industrial. It coordinates directly with AMBIA-LINE organization inserts offered in the same Orion Gray Matte finish, so cutlery trays, cross dividers, and knife holders all land flush against the same color. For shops building uniform interiors across a full kitchen run, the finish consistency between system sides and organization components removes the patchwork look that comes from mixing programs.
Cabinet shops running production kitchens reach for LEGRABOX M height as the go-to drawer for standard-depth cabinets where a premium metal platform is specified. Designers working on handleless kitchen programs will find that Orion Gray Matte reads cleanly against white, gray, and greige fronts without competing for attention. Homeowners tackling a full kitchen renovation can match this system to AMBIA-LINE organization components and build a fitted interior that holds its finish long-term. The 125 lb capacity means the system performs well beyond the light-duty category — a fully loaded flatware drawer or a dense spice pull-out stays controlled through open and close.
This is a complete drawer system: the double-walled steel side profiles and BLUMOTION runners come together as one unit. You supply the drawer front, the bottom panel (cut to Blum's published formula for this nominal length), and the back panel. Front fixing brackets, cover caps, and AMBIA-LINE organization inserts are separate accessories.
Yes. AMBIA-LINE is Blum's interior organization line engineered specifically for LEGRABOX drawers. Cutlery inserts, cross dividers, utensil trays, and other AMBIA-LINE components in Orion Gray Matte are designed to drop into this system and match the side finish. Do not use ORGA-LINE inserts here — those are made for TANDEMBOX, not LEGRABOX.
M height at 90.5mm suits flatware, utensil, and general kitchen drawers. If you are building a deep pot or pans drawer where you need significantly more visible side height, LEGRABOX offers taller height codes. Check the drawer contents and the finished interior look you need before committing to M height across all boxes.
The 125 lb rating is per pair — the working capacity of one complete drawer installation with both runners. Do not double it by counting each runner separately.
LEGRABOX runners mount directly to the cabinet side in frameless (32mm grid) construction. Face-frame installations require the appropriate rear mounting sockets or brackets, sold separately and specific to the LEGRABOX system. Factor those into your hardware list before ordering for face-frame cabinets.
Orion Gray Matte LEGRABOX M height brings the drawer and the interior finish together in one system — so the box, the runners, and the organization layer all speak the same color language from the first install to the last.
