Patwin 125 Dove Gray T-Molding, 250' L x 3/4" W - 3/32" Kerf - P500-3/4-125

Dove Gray Tee Molding For Clean Edge Runs

Dove Gray Tee Molding is a non-toxic polyethylene "Flexene" molding that provides an edging solution for furniture and casework in a dove gray color. The use of non-toxic polyethylene creates a workpiece edge that supports projects where material choice matters on the job. The molding is manufactured to be consistently precise in dimensions, workability and color, so cuts, joints and color transitions stay uniform along long runs. This tee molding is designed to fit any contour whether outside or inside curves and radii, allowing installers to run a single profile around complex shapes without changing materials. A width of 3/4 inch and a 3/32 inch kerf interface establish a defined fit relationship with the substrate. The P500-3/4-125 designation identifies this specific configuration for repeat ordering or matching existing work.

Key Flexene Tee Molding Details For Projects

• The use of non-toxic polyethylene in this Flexene molding provides a material option where installers want an edge treatment made from a non-toxic base, supporting a consistent material choice across multiple installations.
• The molding is described as consistently precise in dimensions, which helps cuts and grooves match the profile from piece to piece, reducing fit variation along cabinets, counters or panels.
• Consistent workability means machining, cutting and seating this tee molding behaves predictably throughout the 250 ft length, which supports steady progress over larger production runs.
• Consistent color along the length of the roll helps visible edges present as a continuous dove gray run, which matters when joining multiple pieces on a single installation.
• The design ensures the installation will fit firmly and hug edges permanently, giving the edge profile a secure seat once installed so finished edges stay tight along the substrate.

Installation Fit And Kerf Details For Edges

This Patwin Plastics, Inc. tee molding has a specified 3/4 inch width to cover edge faces in that dimension range, giving fabricators a clear target when sizing their edge band area. The molding uses a 3/32 inch kerf, setting a defined groove size for routing or machining before pressing the profile into place. Because the Flexene molding fits any contour whether outside or inside curves and radii, installers can run this same profile along straight sections and bends without changing setup. The design insures the installation will fit firmly and hug edges permanently, so once the groove and profile are matched, the edge stays seated in service.

Using This P500-3/4-125 Tee Molding In Work

Where This Dove Gray Tee Molding Is Applied

This Patwin Plastics tee molding is categorized under Edgebanding & Surfacing as a Tee Molding, so it is suited to projects where a T-style edge treatment is needed on panels or similar components. The dove gray color supports jobs where a neutral gray edge is preferred as part of the finished visual design. A 3/4 inch width gives coverage appropriate for edges sized to accept that face dimension. The ability to fit any contour whether outside or inside curves and radii lets fabricators edge round tables, curved counters or radiused cabinet components while keeping the same profile flowing through each turn.

Details That Support Repeatable Edge Results

The consistently precise dimensions of this Flexene molding mean once tooling is matched to the 3/32 inch kerf and 3/4 inch width, those settings can stay fixed from project to project using this part number. Because workability is described as consistent, installers can expect the same feel when pressing, trimming or running this profile across the full 250 ft roll, which supports steady cycle times. Consistent color helps maintain visual continuity across seams where two lengths meet, which is important on long counters or large panels. The design that insures the installation will fit firmly and hug edges permanently helps finished edges stay tight at the interface, supporting a stable long-term edge treatment on the primary substrate.

Common Questions About P500-3/4-125 Tee Molding

Choose This Tee Molding For Matching Edge Work

This Patwin Plastics, Inc. P500-3/4-125 tee molding provides a 3/4 inch wide, dove gray Flexene profile in non-toxic polyethylene with a 3/32 inch kerf for defined groove sizing. The consistently precise dimensions, workability and color support repeatable edge runs. The design that fits any contour whether outside or inside curves and radii lets one profile handle both straight sections and bends while hugging edges permanently. Select this tee molding when a dove gray T-style edge treatment with stable fit and known kerf requirements aligns with the project.
