Patwin 315 Brown T-Molding, 250' L x 3/4" W - 3/32" Kerf - P500-3/4-315

Patwin Plastics 315 Brown Tee Molding Details

Patwin Plastics 315 brown tee molding is a Flexene tee molding made from non-toxic polyethylene, so it provides a covering solution while using material that supports projects where non-toxic components are preferred. This molding is classified as a tee molding in the edgebanding and surfacing category, so it serves as a trim element where a T-profile is needed along panel edges. The 3/4 inch width gives a defined face along the edge, which helps create a consistent visual line when running long stretches on cabinets or panels. A 3/32 inch kerf requirement relates directly to the groove that must be cut, so installers can match tooling and saw blades to that dimension for predictable fit. The brown color aligns with the SAP description of T-moulding, brown, helping coordinate trim with similar brown surfaces or contrasting lighter materials where a darker edge is desired.

Key Flexene Tee Molding Project Advantages

• Non-toxic polyethylene construction provides the core material, which matters when projects call for edgebanding that supports non-toxic material choices.
• The Flexene molding design fits any contour on outside or inside curves and radii, which lets installers follow curved layouts without changing to a different trim solution.
• Product dimensions, workability, and color are consistently precise, which supports repeatable cuts, uniform grooves, and color-matched runs across multiple panels or cabinets.
• The design ensures the installation will fit firmly and hug edges permanently, which helps keep the molding seated in the groove over time under normal use.
• Roll length of 250 feet provides a continuous run, which reduces splices along the edge on larger jobs and supports more efficient layout on site or in the shop.

3/32 Kerf Groove And 3/4 Inch Face Fit

This Patwin Plastics tee molding uses a 3/32 inch kerf, so the groove cut into the substrate can be matched directly to that size for a firm mechanical engagement. With the P500-3/4-315 designation, the tee molding presents a 3/4 inch wide visible face, so it covers the panel edge while giving enough coverage to align flush with many common panel thicknesses. The tee molding classification means it is intended to be pressed into a groove, so installers can plan routing or sawing passes in advance around that requirement. Because the molding is described as consistently precise in dimensions and workability, installers can run the same setup across multiple parts and expect similar fit each time.

Using This Brown Tee Molding In Real Projects

Where This Brown Flexene Tee Molding Fits Best

This brown tee molding from Patwin Plastics, Inc. is positioned within edgebanding and surfacing under tee moldings, so it suits applications where a T-shaped trim is required along exposed edges. The brown color described in both the product name and SAP description helps it coordinate with brown laminates or wood tones where a darker accent edge is desired. Because the molding is stated to fit any contour whether outside or inside curves and radii, it works in projects that combine straight runs with curved edges, such as rounded cabinet ends or arched panels. The 250 foot roll length also supports extended runs on commercial or multi-unit projects, where continuous material helps keep visual breaks to a minimum along the edge. Other colors are available with a 5,000 foot per color minimum order, so shops standardizing on this profile can plan different color runs around volume work where that threshold is practical.

Why Material, Kerf, And Profile Support Workflow

The non-toxic polyethylene used to manufacture these Flexene moldings influences both handling and project requirements, since installers can work with a plastic profile that aligns with non-toxic material specifications. The 3/32 inch kerf requirement offers a clear target for groove cutting, so tooling setups can be built around that dimension to achieve the firm fit described in the product information. With the product described as consistently precise in dimensions, workability, and color, shops can expect uniform behavior when cutting, grooving, and inserting the molding, which helps reduce adjustments from part to part. The design that ensures the installation will fit firmly and hug edges permanently supports finished pieces that retain their trim alignment during typical use, which is important on high-touch cabinet edges. Sold in full rolls only, in both broken and full box quantities, this format lets buyers match order quantities to project scale while still working with continuous 250 foot lengths. A discount is available for full box orders, which can benefit repeat production work that uses this P500-3/4-315 tee molding profile regularly across multiple jobs.
