A 16 inch slide fits cabinets with a shallow interior depth where an 18 or 20 inch slide would run long. Bathroom vanity base cabinets, closet built-ins with limited run depth, small island drawers, and toe-kick storage units are the natural fits. This is also the right length for nightstand and small furniture drawers where a production-style roller slide is preferred over a furniture-grade wood runner. It can, but face-frame construction sets the cabinet side back from the frame face, so rear support is needed at the back of the slide. Confirm rear socket or bracket availability for the A208 series before specifying for face-frame work.
