Grass Vionaro Drawer Side Profile in a Dark, Hardware-Friendly Graphite

This is the 21 inch Vionaro H89 drawer side profile from Grass, a steel drawer side in Graphite that forms the structural wall of a Vionaro drawer system. At 3-1/2 inches tall, it is built for the standard utility drawer, pairing with Dynapro undermount runners and the rest of the Vionaro component line to deliver a complete, engineered drawer construction.

Key Features

• Graphite finish — a dark, neutral tone that reads as a deliberate design choice alongside dark hardware and painted cabinet interiors.
• H89 side height (3-1/2 inches) — the everyday workhorse height in the Vionaro line, suited to cutlery, utensil, and general storage drawers.
• 21 inch nominal length — fits the cabinet depth where this size is the standard specification.
• Steel construction at 1/2 inch thickness — the side profile is structural, replacing a wood drawer side entirely rather than adding to one.
• Vionaro system component — engineered to work with Grass Dynapro undermount runners, Vionaro front fixings, and Vionaro organization accessories; components from other systems do not interchange.

Where the H89 Profile Fits the Job

The H89 height suits drawers that need meaningful capacity without the bulk of a taller profile. At 3-1/2 inches, the side handles cutlery and flatware drawers, mid-depth utensil drawers, bathroom vanity drawers, and shop utility drawers with equal ease. The 21 inch nominal length positions it for the cabinet bays that a 18 or 24 inch profile would miss — common in bath vanities, desk units, and shallower kitchen base cabinets. Because the side profile is the structure of the Vionaro system, the shop cuts the bottom panel to the platform's cutting formula and supplies the drawer front; everything structural arrives with the profile and its matched Dynapro runner.

Steel Build and the Graphite Finish

Steel construction means the side profile carries the load directly rather than transferring it to a wood box — the wall is the drawer. At 1/2 inch thick, the Vionaro profile keeps the overall drawer width compact while still providing a rigid, consistent structure run after run. The Graphite finish is a dark charcoal tone that works particularly well inside painted or dark-laminate cabinet interiors where a white or silver profile would read as a contrast element. It also coordinates naturally with dark hardware pulls, dark undermount runners, and Vionaro interior organization accessories specified in coordinating finishes. The finish is applied to a steel profile, so it presents a consistent surface on the visible inner face of the drawer.

Who Orders the Vionaro H89 in Graphite

Cabinet shops and custom builders specify the Graphite finish when the kitchen or bath design calls for a dark interior aesthetic — black painted faces, dark laminate box interiors, or integrated hardware in dark tones. Designers working on handleless or minimal-reveal kitchens often choose Graphite because the drawer interior becomes visible when the drawer is open and a matched interior color reads as intentional. The H89 height and 21 inch length combination is a production staple in those shops: narrow enough to work in shallow bays, tall enough for standard utensil and storage drawers.

A Dark Finish That Works With the Design, Not Against It

The Vionaro H89 in Graphite gives shops a steel drawer side that disappears into a dark interior or makes the drawer construction a deliberate part of the finished look — a choice that matters every time a client opens the drawer.
