Hickory Hardware Wire Pull 3-3/4" (96 mm) Center to Center, Black, PW396-22

Hickory Hardware Wire Pull For Cabinet Projects

Hickory Hardware wire pull gives cabinets and drawers a simple steel handle that is ready for everyday use. This pull is part of the Wire Pulls collection, so it follows a familiar shape that suits many cabinet layouts and helps keep projects consistent from door to door. Made from steel with a black finish, it provides a solid feel and a dark look that pairs well with a wide range of wood tones and painted surfaces in the shop or on site. The pull measures 4-1/16 inches overall length, which keeps the grip compact while still giving fingers room to catch the handle. With a 3-3/4 inch center to center hole spacing, it aligns with a common drilling pattern that fits many cabinet and drawer fronts. A 1-1/4 inch projection stands the pull off the surface so hands clear the face during use.

Key Wire Pull Details For Cabinet Work

• The 3-3/4 inch (96 mm) center to center dimension sets a clear drilling layout that speeds up marking, jig setup, and repetitive boring across doors and drawers.
• The 4-1/16 inch overall length keeps the pull compact so it fits well on narrower drawer fronts while still providing enough bar length for a full hand grip.
• The 1-1/4 inch projection holds the grip away from the cabinet face, giving knuckles clearance during operation and reducing scuffing on finished fronts.
• The 5/16 inch width creates a slim wire profile that looks clean on face frames and slab fronts while offering a defined edge for fingers to pull against.
• The steel material gives the pull a firm structure that supports repeated opening and closing on busy cabinet doors and drawers in everyday environments.
• The black finish brings a dark, uniform appearance that works across different room styles and helps hardware lines read consistently on a run of cabinets.

Mounting Dimensions For Straightforward Installation

The 96 mm center to center mounting on this black steel wire pull gives a fixed measurement that works smoothly with drilling jigs and layout templates on cabinet jobs. Its 4-1/16 inch length keeps the handle in proportion on standard residential cabinet doors, helping keep sightlines even when multiple pulls are lined up on a bank of drawers. The 1-1/4 inch projection sets the pull out from the surface so fingers can wrap the bar without rubbing finished faces, which supports cleaner operation over time. At 5/16 inch width, the bar profile sits neatly on door and drawer fronts, so installers can position it without crowding panel edges or stile details.

Using This Belwith Keeler Pull In Cabinet Runs

Where This Black Wire Pull Works Best

This Belwith Keeler PW396-22 pull sits in the Decorative Hardware & Moldings, Handles and Pulls category, so it matches typical cabinet and furniture handle needs in wood shops and on finishing benches. The Wire Pulls collection design drops naturally onto face frame cabinetry and frameless boxes, because the 3-3/4 inch center spacing is a common standard across many layouts in kitchens, baths, and built-ins. Its steel construction and 4-1/16 inch length give it a balanced scale on single cabinet doors and medium-width drawers, helping keep a uniform look when repeated across a wall of units. The black finish lets this wire pull tie together mixed materials such as painted cabinet faces and darker moldings, which is useful when coordinating decorative hardware with other components sourced through Wurth Baer Supply.

Details That Support Repeatable Cabinet Results

The defined 96 mm center to center measurement on this PW396-22 wire pull supports accurate repetitive drilling, which matters when installing a full room of cabinets where slight layout errors quickly show. Its 1-1/4 inch projection gives a fixed standoff from the surface, so doors and drawers handle the same from one cabinet to the next, improving the feel of the finished run. The 5/16 inch wire width keeps the pull visually light, so it sits cleanly on narrow rails or slim drawer fronts without overpowering the panel design. Because the pull is part of the Hickory Hardware Wire Pulls collection, it can be selected to echo the same profile on different cabinet sizes, helping maintain a single hardware line across uppers, bases, and furniture-style pieces. The black finish provides a consistent color reference when coordinating other decorative hardware from Belwith Keeler on the same project.
