Omega National 30 Inch Verona Range Hood

A 30-Inch Maple Hood Shell Built for Wall-Mount Installations

The Omega National Verona is a decorative maple wood range hood shell designed to mount against the wall above a cooktop and coordinate with surrounding cabinetry. At 30 inches wide and 36 inches tall, it fits a standard single-cooktop run and ships with a Broan-compatible liner ready to accept a separately sourced ventilation insert.

Key Features

• Maple wood construction in the Verona series, offered ready-to-finish so stain or paint can be applied on site to match the kitchen.
• 30-inch width and 36-inch height sized for a standard single-cooktop wall-mount installation.
• 19-inch depth provides generous coverage over the cooking surface.
• Broan-compatible liner included so the shell arrives ready to accept a compatible Broan ventilation insert, ordered separately.
• Wall-mount position installs flush against the wall above the range for a traditional kitchen profile.
• Unfinished maple surface accepts stain, paint, or a clear coat matched to the surrounding cabinets.

The Woodwork That Frames the Cooktop

This shell is the decorative enclosure, not the ventilation unit. It defines the visual presence of the range hood: the Verona profile, the maple grain, and the 30-inch span across the cooking wall. The liner it ships with is the structural seat for the Broan ventilation insert that actually moves the air. Because the shell arrives unfinished, the final stain or paint color is applied after delivery, which lets the hood match cabinets finished on site or shop-finished to a specific tone.

Maple, Unfinished and Ready for the Shop

Maple is a closed-grain hardwood that takes stain and paint evenly, making it a dependable choice when the finish needs to align precisely with existing cabinetwork. The Verona shell ships ready-to-finish, so the surface is prepared for the applicator rather than locked into a factory color. That flexibility suits a kitchen being built to a custom specification or being refreshed to match new cabinet doors. The 19-inch depth brings the hood far enough out over the range to read as a substantial focal point rather than a thin decorative band.

Who This Hood Shell Suits

This product is the right choice for a kitchen where the hood needs to match wood cabinetry in maple and where the finishing will happen in the shop or on site. Cabinet shops building custom kitchens will finish the shell alongside the doors and drawer fronts so the color reads as one continuous run. Designers specifying a wall-mount hood that disappears into the cabinetry rather than reading as a separate appliance will find the Verona profile and the maple substrate give them the control over the final look that a pre-finished hood does not. Because the liner is included, one less component needs to be sourced separately before the ventilation insert goes in.

A Finished Look Built on Maple

Choose the Verona when a wall-mount maple hood shell matched to the kitchen's cabinetry is the goal, with the liner already included and the finish left open for the shop to match.
