22-Inch Side Railing for Nova Pro Scala Drawers in a Clean Silver Finish

This is the 550mm (22-inch) rectangular side railing for Grass Nova Pro Scala metal drawer systems, finished in Silver. It runs along the top of a Nova Pro Scala drawer side to extend the effective side height, retain taller contents, and give the drawer interior a finished, coordinated look.

Key Features

• Nova Pro Scala system match: Engineered for the Nova Pro Scala platform — not a universal accessory, and will not install on other drawer systems.
• 550mm (22-inch) nominal length: Pairs with Nova Pro Scala drawer sides of the same nominal length for a flush, factory-fitted appearance.
• Silver finish: A neutral, mid-tone metallic that coordinates with Silver-finish Nova Pro Scala sides and components throughout the program.
• Rectangular railing profile: Straight, clean geometry runs the full length of the drawer to retain contents without a decorative rail interrupting the sightline.
• Gallery-rail function: Sits above the drawer side to increase usable interior height for taller items without requiring a taller drawer box.

Where This Railing Fits the Job

A side railing earns its place in any drawer where contents stand taller than the drawer side profile alone. Pots-and-pans drawers, pantry pull-outs, and tall-bottle storage all benefit from the added retention a railing provides. In a Nova Pro Scala kitchen build, the railing also creates a clean transition between the drawer interior and the drawer front — particularly useful when the front height is taller than the side profile height selected for that run of drawers. For designers specifying a full Silver-finish Nova Pro Scala installation, running the same Silver railing across every drawer keeps the interior palette consistent from box to box.

Finish and Construction

The Silver finish sits in the middle of the Nova Pro Scala color program, bridging lighter Ice-finish installs and the warmer Stone tone. It reads as a clean, contemporary neutral in both white-interior and light-wood-lined cabinetry. The rectangular profile is steel, formed to the tight tolerances the Nova Pro Scala system requires so the railing seats correctly on the drawer side without adjustment. The Silver coating is a factory finish applied to match the Nova Pro Scala component line; ordering the railing and drawer sides in the same finish code keeps color consistency across the full drawer.

Specifying and Ordering

This railing is sold as a set for one drawer and is system-specific to Nova Pro Scala — it does not interchange with Grass Vionaro, ZBox, or any other Grass or third-party platform. Match the nominal length to your drawer sides: this 550mm (22-inch) railing belongs with 550mm Nova Pro Scala sides. If your drawer run includes other nominal lengths, order the matching railing for each. Cabinet shops running a full Silver-finish Nova Pro Scala program can pull railings, sides, and Tavinea Optima divider components all from the same Silver finish family for a unified result.

A Finished Drawer Interior, Color-Matched and Ready

Specifying the same Silver finish across Nova Pro Scala sides, railings, and Tavinea Optima components means every drawer in the run looks deliberate — no mismatched tones, no aftermarket rails breaking the interior line. Get the railing that belongs in your system and close out the job cleanly.
