Drawer Member Set Built for Deep, High-Load Drawers in Ice

This is the Nova Pro Scala H186 drawer member set from Grass in Ice finish, an 18-inch (450mm) full-extension, soft-close drawer runner set sized for tall, heavy-duty storage applications. At 7-5/16 inches in side height and rated for 154 lb, it suits deep pot drawers, pantry pull-outs, and wide storage drawers where both capacity and a clean interior finish matter.

Key Features

• Full extension brings the entire drawer out to the cabinet face for unobstructed access to the back of the box.
• 154 lb weight capacity handles demanding kitchen, pantry, and utility storage loads.
• Integrated soft-close settles the loaded drawer to a silent close on every cycle.
• H186 side height (7-5/16 inches) provides a tall side profile for deep drawers holding pots, pantry goods, or bulky items.
• Ice finish presents a crisp, bright white interior that pairs with white cabinet interiors and laminates.
• 18-inch (450mm) nominal length suits standard base cabinet depths in kitchens and utility rooms.

Where This Drawer Member Set Performs

The H186 height code is Nova Pro Scala's tallest standard side profile, and the 154 lb capacity makes it one of the stronger options in the line. That combination points clearly at applications where the drawer carries real weight: a pot-and-pan drawer holding cast iron and Dutch ovens, a pantry pull-out stacked with canned goods and bags, or a laundry or mudroom cabinet dealing with heavy folded loads. Full extension means nothing stays buried at the back — the entire drawer floor is reachable when the drawer is open. For a base cabinet at standard depth, the 18-inch nominal length fits without modification in most frameless builds.

Ice Finish and System Construction

Ice is a bright white finish within the Nova Pro Scala color program. It reads cleanly against white melamine interiors and white-painted cabinet boxes, making it the natural choice when the drawer interior is meant to disappear into the cabinet rather than contrast with it. The Nova Pro Scala platform uses double-walled steel side profiles — the running gear is integrated into the profile, keeping the interior wall smooth and the overall look finished. As a Grass America product, this set pairs with Nova Pro Scala-specific front fixings, rear brackets, and divider accessories; accessories from other Grass lines or other brands are not interchangeable with this system.

Who This Set Is For

Cabinet shops producing kitchen and pantry cabinetry in white or light finishes will find the Ice color the obvious fit when the client spec calls for a unified interior. The tall H186 profile and 154 lb rating also make this set useful for commercial millwork and built-in storage projects where the drawer carries more than a typical flatware or cutlery load. Designers specifying handle-less kitchens or minimalist interiors appreciate the clean side wall the Nova Pro Scala double-walled profile presents — the Ice finish keeps that look consistent in a white cabinet environment. The 18-inch length is a standard stocking size, so ordering for a run of base cabinets is straightforward.
