Ice Drawer Member Set Built for Clean, High-Capacity Kitchens

This is the Nova Pro Scala H186 drawer member set in Ice finish, a 22 inch full-extension, soft-closing drawer system component from Grass designed for tall, heavily loaded kitchen drawers where a clean white interior is the design goal.

Key Features

• Ice finish delivers a clean, bright white interior that pairs with white cabinet boxes and light-colored fronts without a visible color break.
• H186 side height at 7-5/16 inches gives the tallest Nova Pro Scala profile, suited to deep pot drawers, pantry pull-outs, and tall storage applications.
• 154 lb weight capacity handles the heaviest loaded kitchen or storage drawers with confidence.
• Full extension brings the entire drawer out to the face of the cabinet so nothing hides at the back.
• Integrated soft-close settles the drawer quietly regardless of how hard it is pushed shut.
• 22 inch nominal length suits standard cabinet depth in residential and light commercial kitchens.

Where This Drawer Member Fits

The H186 is the tallest side profile in the Nova Pro Scala program, which makes this member set the right choice when the drawer has to do real work: a bottom drawer loaded with cast iron, a pantry pull-out carrying canned goods across the full 22 inch depth, or a pot drawer where deep sides keep tall lids from falling forward. Full extension means the cook reaches everything at the back of the drawer without pulling the whole box out — the runner carries it all the way to the face. The 154 lb capacity supports that kind of load without deflection or sluggish travel.

This set is sold as the drawer member — the components that attach to and travel with the drawer box itself. It pairs with the matching Nova Pro Scala cabinet member for a complete running installation. Confirm that the cabinet member you specify carries the same nominal length, height code, and Ice finish so the system assembles as designed.

Ice Finish and Build Quality

Ice is Grass's bright white finish for the Nova Pro Scala platform. Inside a white-painted or white-laminate cabinet, Ice sides read as part of the box rather than a contrasting element — a detail that matters when drawer fronts are handleless and the interior is fully visible. The Nova Pro Scala side profile is a double-walled steel construction: two formed steel walls with a hollow core that conceals fasteners and presents a smooth face inside and out. The result is a slim visible edge and a finished look that holds up in production kitchen environments.

Nova Pro Scala organization accessories — including Tavinea Optima divider rails and rail holders — are engineered to this platform. They are not interchangeable with other drawer systems or brands, so specify accessories from the Nova Pro Scala program to keep the interior fitted and consistent in finish.

Who Specifies This Member Set

Cabinet shops running white or light-toned kitchen lines reach for the Ice finish when the design calls for a seamless interior. The H186 height and 154 lb capacity handle the loads a residential or light commercial kitchen generates day to day, and the full-extension, soft-close combination is the expected baseline for anything above entry-level cabinetry. Designers specifying handleless fronts value the clean Ice interior because there is no hardware to break the line — the drawer face is the only element the eye lands on when the box is open. Contractors installing production kitchen packages move through Nova Pro Scala sets efficiently because the system's front fixings and adjustment are consistent across the line.

A Drawer Member That Earns Its Place in the Finished Kitchen

When the drawer has to carry serious weight, open fully, close quietly, and look right inside a white cabinet, the Nova Pro Scala H186 in Ice brings all four of those things together in one engineered system set.
