24-Inch Drawer Member Set Built for Clean Interiors in Ice

This is the Grass Nova Pro Scala H186 drawer member set in Ice — a 24-inch, full-extension, soft-close drawer member for shops and designers who want the Nova Pro Scala platform's engineering paired with a cool, light neutral finish. The set includes the drawer members that form the system's structural sides; pair them with matching Nova Pro Scala cabinet members, front fixings, and a bottom cut to the system's specification to complete the drawer.

Key Features

• Full extension brings the drawer all the way out to the cabinet face for unobstructed access to the full depth of the box.
• 154 lb weight capacity supports heavily loaded drawers — pots, tools, heavy pantry stock — with stability to spare.
• Integrated soft-close settles the drawer to a silent stop on every close, no separate damper required.
• H186 side height at 7-5/16 inches gives this set the interior volume for deep kitchen, pantry, or shop drawers.
• 24-inch (600mm) nominal length suits standard cabinet depths in residential and light commercial work.
• Ice finish delivers a crisp, cool white-leaning neutral that coordinates with white laminate and painted cabinet interiors.

Where This Drawer Member Fits the Work

At 7-5/16 inches tall and 24 inches long, this set is sized for the drawers that carry the most: a deep pot drawer beside the range, a pantry pull-out holding canned goods and heavy jars, a shop drawer holding hand tools. Full extension means none of that depth is wasted — every inch of the 24-inch drawer is reachable when the drawer is open. The 154 lb capacity is rated per pair, so there is real margin here even in demanding applications. For lighter storage at the same length, a lower H-profile set is the better fit; this H186 height is the right call when drawer volume and load matter together.

Finish and System Construction

Ice is a cool, white-leaning neutral in the Nova Pro Scala finish family. It reads cleanly against white or light-painted cabinet interiors and pairs naturally with the Ice-finish Tavinea Optima divider rails and accessories available for the Nova Pro Scala platform, so the full interior — sides, rails, and organizers — can match. The drawer member profiles are double-walled steel, giving a smooth, fastener-free interior face and a slim visible edge at the cabinet opening. The soft-close mechanism is built into the runner, not an add-on clip, so the damping is consistent across the life of the drawer without field calibration.

Who Orders This Set

Cabinet shops running Nova Pro Scala as their standard platform reach for this H186 set when a project calls for deep drawers with a light finish — open-plan kitchens where the interior is visible, walk-in pantries, and closet systems where Ice keeps the space feeling airy. Designers specifying handle-less kitchens appreciate that Nova Pro Scala supports Grass's Tipmatic soft-close push-to-open system, making this member compatible with that option when the corresponding hardware is added. Contractors doing high-end residential work order this set by the linear foot of cabinetry, knowing the system's front-adjustment range will true up the gaps on site.

A System Built to Run

When the drawer needs to hold a full load, open completely, and close quietly every time, the Nova Pro Scala H186 member set in Ice delivers exactly that — and the finish keeps the interior looking as considered as the rest of the kitchen.
