The cabinet profile mounts directly to the cabinet sidewall and carries the MERIVOBOX runner. In a frameless cabinet the profile sits on the 32mm grid; in face-frame work, rear mounting brackets are required and sold separately — confirm you have the correct MERIVOBOX-specific brackets before the install. This profile is the cabinet-side half of the system: it does not include the drawer-side member, the drawer box sides, front fixings, or cover caps, all of which are ordered separately by system and side height. A complete MERIVOBOX drawer requires both this cabinet profile set and the matching drawer member components.
At 400mm nominal length, this profile suits cabinet depths that accommodate the full travel of a 16 inch drawer. Full-extension travel means the drawer box clears the cabinet face completely, giving unobstructed access from front to back — a meaningful distinction from 3/4-extension configurations in economy slide programs.
The profile is formed from steel and finished in zinc plating, which gives it a silver-gray metallic appearance and a measure of surface protection against the humidity present in kitchen and bath cabinetry. Because MERIVOBOX components are engineered to work within the Blum system, locking devices, front fixings, and synchronization parts from other Blum series or other brands will not fit and should not be substituted.
